In terms of environment: the hotel has an excellent location, convenient transportation, and complete surrounding supporting facilities. The lobby is exquisitely and elegantly decorated, creating a warm and high-end atmosphere. The room is clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout. Every detail reflects the hotel's intentions, from comfortable beds to high-quality furniture, making people feel extra comfortable.
Service experience: The staff are warm and friendly, showing professionalism and considerate service from the moment of check-in. Whether it was the quick response from the front desk, the enthusiastic help from the bellman, or the meticulous cleaning and timely replenishment of supplies by the room service staff, they all made me feel extremely warm.
Delicious dining: The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, whether it is a variety of breakfast options or exquisite dinner dishes, the taste is excellent, the ingredients are fresh, and the cooking techniques are exquisite.

The beauty at the front desk has good service, free coffee and sugar water, the room is clean and spacious, the facilities are complete, the bath is dry and wet, the water is large, the breakfast is OK, the night is not noisy, it is the best configuration for self-driving travelers, it feels good, and I stayed for another day!

TTianxieyizhanThe experience of staying on this business trip far exceeded expectations! From stepping into the lobby, I felt professional service and patiently explained the surrounding traffic and dining recommendations. The room facilities are very new, there is a USB fast charging port at the bedside, the shower water pressure and water temperature are just right. The cleaning is super in place, the floor and tabletop are spotless, and there are no dead corners. The overall atmosphere is both professional and warm, so that the compact business trip is more calm, and I will definitely choose here next time!

GGuest UserAbout 13 kilometers from the high-speed rail station. Going to Xishan Park, Renmin Road is not too far away, near the passenger terminal, and the transportation is convenient. The room is new but the sound insulation is very poor, and the words of the neighboring room and the outside passage can be clearly heard. There are roadside stalls and 24-hour convenience stores outside at night.

On April 21, 2023, my friends and I stayed in Guishan Villa. When we drove away on the morning of April 22, we accidentally left a backpack containing ID cards, driving documents and valuables in the parking lot of the villa. On the same day, the staff on duty at the parking lot of the villa discovered it and took proper care of it. After I found out that the backpack was lost, I contacted the main station by phone. The male and female staff on duty that day were very enthusiastic and helped to find it. One of the male staff surnamed Qin went to the parking lot to look for it. I contacted and verified, and after the staff confirmed that it was correct, I used the rest time to send the backpack directly back to my home. What moved me even more was that the staff of Guishan Villa thoughtfully gave me several ideas in order to save me some courier fees. In this regard, I wrote a close-up letter to express my gratitude to the staff of Guishanzhuang who helped me!

XXuyuanbuhuiling這次定的是一個豪華套房含浴缸的類型，還是比較不錯的，卧室可以看見西山的一側，全屋智能的這個比較不錯，除了剛開房的一些小插曲，整體還是很完美，酒店前台還有一個吧枱，可以點免費的檸檬茶和解饞零食，如果是來桂平旅遊的話，還是可以入選的。
