Environment: First and foremost, the hotel's design is unique yet understated. The attention to detail is evident in both the lobby and guest rooms. The train carriage design of the lobby and restaurant is a refreshing change, avoiding the typical business style and offering a tasteful yet novel experience. Service: Check-in at the front desk is very efficient, and the staff are friendly. There's even a robot to deliver items to your room. Amenities: The smart features in the rooms greatly enhance convenience. You can control all the lights and curtains with a single button on the smart speaker. Details like the smart toilet show thoughtful consideration.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The place is run by a very friendly elderly couple who truly treat guests like family. They went out of their way to help with every request, no matter how small, and were always patient and warm. What really stood out was that they personally ferried us around whenever we needed to go out, which made getting around incredibly convenient and stress-free. Their kindness, local knowledge, and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended if you want a comfortable, heartfelt, and trustworthy experience. Rooms were also much more spacious than others and clean, amenities were generously provided as well. 这次体验真的非常棒！店/民宿是由一对非常亲切的老夫妻经营的，把客人当成家人一样照顾。无论我们有什么需求，他们都会耐心帮忙，从不嫌麻烦。最贴心的是，他们还会亲自接送我们出行，省心又方便，让整个行程轻松不少。两位长辈非常热心、实在，也很熟悉当地情况，让人住得特别安心和温暖。强烈推荐，是真正有人情味的好地方。

I absolutely adored this place. A very quaint boutique hotel which has been integrated into the natural landscape of the ancient town. It is perfectly located by the bridge and river, in a quiet alley but also next to all the hustle and bustle when the tourists come out. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious and we had a lovely view of the mountains and old town. Make sure you check out the unobstructed views from the rooftop and take some time to relax there. Note as this is within the old town, the stone steps are part of the aesthetics so expect to climb up to your room. The staff is very helpful however and will take your luggage when you arrive. The common lounge area is also well designed although we didn't eat at the hotel given we wanted to explore the old town eateries. I would highly recommend this place to all travelers, you won't be disappointed!

This small hotel just outside Huangyao Ancient Town was a great choice for our visit. It’s located only a few minutes’ walk from the entrance to the ancient town, which made it very convenient without being right in the middle of the tourist area. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated after spending the day exploring. The hotel is simple but thoughtfully designed, with clean, comfortable rooms, good air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. The décor mixes modern comfort with local style, and our room had a lovely view of the nearby hills. The staff were friendly and welcoming. While they didn’t help with luggage, they provided useful local tips, such as where to eat nearby and the best times to visit the ancient town to avoid crowds. Communication was basic but sincere, and they were always available if we needed anything. Breakfast was basic but fresh, with rice porridge, buns, and fruit. There’s also a nice courtyard area where we enjoyed relaxing in the evening. Overall, this hotel was a quiet and comfortable base just outside Huangyao. It’s a good value option with kind service and a great location for exploring the ancient town without the noise.

IIgnaz ForstnerThe secret Manor is located quite close to the entrance of the old town, which helps with luggage transport. Parking is outside the old city. We liked how the whole place was decorated. Staff is helpful, helps also with luggage. Except we never met a soul when we went out in the mornings and its kind of dark when finding your way to the exit and there is this one step down which basically is not visible and therefore actually a concern in my view. A breakfast place is right next door which is good except the food is mediocre. We enjoyed our Stay there. The only thing we did not like at all was that beautiful cat being locked up in a cage for most of the day. We chose the place due to the fact we could bring our little dog.

All the staff are warm and helpful and there’s a long list of helpful items that can be provided by the front desk upon request, even things like face cream, makeup remover, hair gel and scissors!

Stayed for four days and three nights, it was very pleasant and comfortable. The environment is thoughtful, clean and warm. The owners of the B&B are very cute and friendly. They provide all kinds of food and entertainment, so it is very worry-free for us to stay here with our kids. There is a paddling pool in the summer, which is great for those of us who want to lie down and take care of the kids❤ I will definitely come again if I have the chance❤

The room was clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities and superb service. There's a coffee shop and restaurant on the ground floor, so you don't even have to leave the hotel to enjoy bubble tea or coffee, and you can even order room service. Plus, there's a free gym on the second floor – a real bonus! If you need anything, a robot can deliver it right to your room. It's definitely one of my top recommendations when visiting Hezhou.

The resort has a novel design and complete supporting facilities. The Xiaodu smart whole-house system is very fashionable, and the toiletries are very high-end. You can take a bath, barbecue, and play mahjong. It is suitable for a leisure outing with family and friends. The butler service is also very considerate. There are two shortcomings. First, the sewer pipes in the barbecue and mahjong area are visible when you look up, which is indeed a bit of an eyesore. It would be better if they could be slightly blocked and decorated. Second, the yard fence is too low. In the weather of 7 or 8 degrees, you will shiver around the barbecue grill. You have to soak in the pool to feel warm. If the fence can be higher, or a liftable curtain is installed in the barbecue and mahjong area, it will be more perfect. After all, the weather for hot springs is very cold.
