當天我男朋友九點多去開的房間 放了東西后就來我上班的地方找我了 我們1點多才回到酒店 進來的時候被子是鋪好的 也就是説我男朋友並沒有躺 而且他也是洗完澡才上的床 在右邊躺着 我洗完澡後準備睡左邊 結果一掀開被子發現有個不乾淨的地方 就打電話給前台説換一下前台就開始懟我們 語氣很不好 説話特別難聽！！可以去調監控！前台説客房大姐都下班了 現在都一點多了 哪兒有客房大姐給你換 然後我們説那給我們拿一套乾淨的我自己換 她又懟説我剛才不是和你説了嗎 客房現在已經下班了 沒人送！我們就説讓她送一下或者是在哪裡放着我們自己去拿 她來句前台就她自己她送不了 而且她也不知道布草間在哪裡 不知道在哪裡放着 整件事情我説實話 前台説給換房 大床沒了換雙床 我們第一反應是覺得生意挺好的 不影響酒店做生意 才説換一下的 客房下班了可以好好解釋吧？可以説句不好意思我們客房下班了 自己不知道在哪裡難道整個酒店就她自己嗎？不會問一下嗎？而且她一個酒店工作人員連床單被罩在哪裡都不知道！！！本來想退房走人，氣不過打電話跟她理論了一番 最後送來了 我想説的是 這個好評是我自己主動説要點的 所以我依舊點好評 但是那個前台真的要好好培訓一下了！第一天白天接電話的那個還不錯 晚上那個跟我欠她錢一樣
