Only reason for deduction of one point was no daily housekeeping for towel change or collection of waste and also slight issue with water from shower making bathroom slippy. However, the location and peacefulness made up for it. Would also recommend the food from next door restaurant where they cooked fresh delicious food. With the pool also keeping the children and adults young at heart, happy the area and water had it all. Would definitely recommend for family and friends.

The location is also ideal for those wanting to visit the Great Wall as it’s just a short walk — took me 5mins to get there. There are also local food stalls nearby to try authentic food that’s really affordable for budget travelers.

The price is cheap during the festival, the mattress is quite comfortable and the hot water is good. The surrounding air is good. There is no towel, bath towel, toilet paper, but it is enough to sleep for one night.
