When I arrived at the entrance of the ancient city, she came to pick me up and even took me to the Jialing River to catch a taxi to the bus station. They offer discounted tickets for boat tours on the Jialing River. There's a shared kitchen, which is super convenient. In the evenings, I could stroll around the South and North Streets in my slippers.

It was an interesting place, in the old town. The trick is that receptionist is never there, so you have to call her, which can be a problem if you don't speak the language. But she was a nice lady.
