GGuest UserThis is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in all my years of travel and business trips. There are several reasons why I love it: First, the bed is over two meters wide, so I can sleep however I want. It's very comfortable for one person, and for families, it's definitely much larger than other hotels in the same price range. Second, the lighting in the hotel's sleep mode is very soothing, perfect for solo business travelers who are sometimes a little scared or timid. Third, the hotel staff are very welcoming; they greet everyone in the lobby with ”Hello,” showing they value every guest. Fourth, the lobby manager, Mr. Yu, noticed I arrived late at the restaurant and immediately cleared out the food, worried I might go hungry. He specially arranged for the restaurant to bring me a plate of three-delicacy dumplings. Such thoughtful service, comparable to a five-star hotel in terms of size, smart facilities, and bedding, made me abandon my other plans and enjoy a comfortable, delicious, and restful stay in Liaoyang! Very nice! From now on, whether for personal trips or business, this will be my first choice!

GGuest UserVery satisfying stay experience, it is a surprise to have such a quality online hotel in this small city of Liaoyang. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the White Tower, about ten minutes walk to the train station, and several major attractions can also be reached. The room facilities are quite new, and the quality is online, and there are some careful small designs in the bathroom. The mattress and pillows use a slow-return latex cushion, which greatly improves comfort. The toilet light is inductive, but it seems to be a bit lagged, and it feels not as good as traditional. In terms of service, check-in and check-out efficiency are quite high, nothing wrong.

AAnonymous UserThe advantage is that it is cheap, the room size is enough, mainly the bathroom is quite big, looks bright, and doesn't like the tight shower. The front desk service attitude is very good, there is a young lady who is quite humorous. You can talk to the front desk. The place is easy to find, the status can be directly reached by taxi, and there are shared bicycles and bus stops at the door, which is convenient and not far from the station. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation is really not good. I can hear the first floor brushing in the middle of the night on the second floor. The door is a bit scary from time to time. Although the hotel is generally not soundproof, your home is really not soundproof. Then there is general hygiene, the garbage in the bedside table is confiscated, and it is annoying to see the garbage when you open it. There is no hair dryer. I don’t know if I forgot to put it or I didn’t have it. I took a shower quite late and didn’t go downstairs.

XXiarimemechaThe room is very large, with a very high ceiling, which makes the room seem less warm. The room facilities are inadequate and unreasonable, and the tables, tea cups and sockets cannot be placed according to normal usage habits. The front desk was always empty. It took me a long time to find someone to check in and it took me a long time to show up. The same thing happened when I checked out. No one showed up after I called for a long time. There was nothing in the room but a deposit was required (most hotels have cancelled deposits now). There was a power outage in the morning and we had to wash and put on makeup in the dark. Breakfast was only from 7:30 to 8:00, the time was short and the front desk didn't inform us in advance. If the guests hadn't asked, we might have missed breakfast. In short, the hotel service was very unprofessional. The waiter was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions and requests.
