__M1599018****The room was spacious with an elegant and grand decor. The underfloor heating was very comfortable, and there was an oxygen concentrator available for use if needed. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower space was also generous with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was quite substantial, offering a good variety including butter tea and coffee.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is so great, with everything you need for eating, drinking and entertainment nearby. The room facilities are smart and complete, the scenery outside the window is picturesque, and the stay is super comfortable!

3300135****There was no one at the check-in front desk. It took more than 10 minutes for the front desk to come. Then I checked in, but the front desk never did it. Because the room type we stayed in didn't have it. He told me to move to the mahjong room. I don't agree with being afraid of noise because we went out with our children and worried about their poor sleep. I spent almost ten minutes at the front desk. Then the front desk asked the boss whether they should upgrade our room to have an extra oxygen bar! In the end, the boss didn't agree. Then the front desk ran upstairs to clean the house for us. When I got to the room, the boss had just come out of the room I booked. The room is facing the elevator door. I checked my reservation and requested that it not be at the elevator entrance. The boss finally upgraded the aerobic room for free. In fact, it’s just a few dozen dollars. When I entered the room recently, there was one toothbrush and one teacup missing and no tea bags.

GGuest UserThe room I stayed in this time was very clean. I could enjoy the snow-capped mountains and grasslands outside the window. The location was excellent, and Room 318 was right outside my door. The room had good lighting, was cleaned quite well, and was quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, it felt good. The front desk service attitude was good, enthusiastic and polite, and the overall feeling was good!

The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket.
This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out.

After booking, we went to the hotel and the front desk came to pick us up and help us with our luggage. We booked a mahjong room. I was really shocked after entering. The room I booked at this price gave me the feeling that it was the most cost-effective hotel during our week-long trip. Not only was the service attitude good and welcoming, the room was also clean and beautiful, and I experienced the simple friendship between different nationalities. If I have the chance to drive 318 by myself again, this hotel will be my first choice.

GGuest UserHotel near the bus station of the city (8 mins by foot), the room was confortable with clean towels and sheets. There was everything necessary in the bathroom : toothbrush, shampoo, shoower gel and hot water. Hotel staff was really kind, I recommend !

MM329231****The room was quite spacious, and the service was good. We booked a single room, but upon check-in, we found the drain was clogged. The owner immediately upgraded us to a standard room. After changing rooms, we found trash in the bedside table that hadn't been disposed of. The owner noticed and promptly cleaned it up and apologized to us. However, the standard room only had one pair of slippers; there were no disposable slippers, and no toothpaste either.
