WWeCht****The original intention of checking in was because I was curious about the attentive service of a hotel with more than a thousand reviews and a 4.9 rating, so I booked this hotel to experience it, and then I found that it was really weird👍 Hygiene: Very clean and tidy Environment: Many delicious restaurants nearby can be reached on foot, which is great. I like the scenery at the elevator entrance. There is a pot of green plants next to the glass window. Service: The service is very timely and thoughtful. What impressed me most was that when I came back and entered the lobby, the PA aunt who was doing hygiene in the lobby said hello to me. She was really enthusiastic. The waiters in the breakfast room were also very enthusiastic. Facilities: There are yoga rooms, gyms, self-service laundry rooms, tea bars, and chess and card rooms. They are really good and cost-effective. Recommended Recommended

Went to their restaurant for dinner, they offer we may eat in our room, but we ok with having dinner at the restaurant. Food tasted great. The breakfast though simple but was nice and yummy. We love the ”小度‘ smart home as well as the projector tv. Watched 2 movie. Great. The view from the room & balcony were super.

GGuest UserFantastic place in a great location with wonderful views. The hotel contacts you before with lots of useful information and someone is always there to help you during your stay. Delicious food and afternoon tea. It's also possible to walk up the hill amongst the tea plantations for a better view and down to the rose garden. Great room and beautiful bird song from the balcony. Tough work cycling to get there but definitely worth it.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the road in the city. You can take a taxi directly to the door. The lady at the front desk is very nice and gentle. The room is relatively clean, but the view outside the window is not very good. It is a parking lot and the sound insulation is OK. The service in all aspects is also relatively positive. It is relatively close to the delicious food around by walking, and it is not far to take a taxi to the scenic spots. If I come to Meishan next time, I will consider staying in this hotel again.

GGuest UserOur family of three stayed in a family room. Since our children were adults, we called ahead to confirm three beds, which were very comfortable and not crowded at all. The hotel was very nice and clean. There were three hot springs, and the front desk lady was very helpful, providing tips and services. Unfortunately, our arrival was delayed by heavy rain, preventing us from climbing Mount Emei. Instead, we drove to the nearby Liujiang Ancient Town and Guangming Temple. Guangming Temple is highly recommended, and a must-see if you're not in a hurry. The temple also offers vegetarian meals, rice paddies, lotus ponds, and a hydrangea gallery. So, even if you can't hike, staying at this hotel is a great way to relax and recuperate. It's well worth it.

I was incredibly lucky this time, as I received a free room upgrade. The environment was very comfortable, located right at the entrance of the ancient town, with a large lawn where I could fully enjoy sunbathing.

TTingjieIt was okay. We stay here a few times every summer, mainly for the kids to swim. This year, the weather might not have been ideal; the outdoor pool was a bit chilly, though the indoor one was fine, but it only has a children's pool, which is a drawback. As for service, it was just average. Besides the butler asking a few questions, not a single staff member greeted us. There was no sense of service awareness or enthusiasm. The lifeguard by the pool, however, was very attentive and seemed very responsible. Other services like the restaurant and room service need improvement. Oh, and one more important thing: the通道 (pathway) from the underground parking to the first floor at night has no lights, which is a bit spooky.

AAnonymous UserWe upgraded to a mountain view room when we arrived. The hotel is very grand, clean, tidy and beautiful! The corridor on the fifth floor leads directly to the hot spring, which saves you from the cold on the way to and from the hot spring, which is very considerate. The soup pot in the restaurant is also very delicious. I ordered two small portions of the soup pot for the big and small. The red soup is fish, which is really fresh and freshly killed. It is very fragrant. The scenery outside the window is also very beautiful. The service attitude is very good and very friendly! The overall feeling is great!
