WWeCht****The original intention of checking in was because I was curious about the attentive service of a hotel with more than a thousand reviews and a 4.9 rating, so I booked this hotel to experience it, and then I found that it was really weird👍
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy
Environment: Many delicious restaurants nearby can be reached on foot, which is great. I like the scenery at the elevator entrance. There is a pot of green plants next to the glass window.
Service: The service is very timely and thoughtful. What impressed me most was that when I came back and entered the lobby, the PA aunt who was doing hygiene in the lobby said hello to me. She was really enthusiastic. The waiters in the breakfast room were also very enthusiastic.
Facilities: There are yoga rooms, gyms, self-service laundry rooms, tea bars, and chess and card rooms. They are really good and cost-effective.

PPumpkin TanVery welcoming at the hotel, nice view. Upgraded us to a room with balcony, warm flooring , clean room and facilities. Went to their restaurant for dinner, they offer we may eat in our room, but we ok with having dinner at the restaurant. Food tasted great. The breakfast though simple but was nice and yummy. We love the ”小度‘ smart home as well as the projector tv. Watched 2 movie. Great. The view from the room & balcony were super.

The yard is very quiet, and there is a large tea garden where you can pick tea.
The yard was so loving and adopted a dog.
Super friendly to pets too.
The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while lying on the bed. The big projection 📽️ is also very intimate.
Breakfast has Chinese and Western style. I really like their noodles 🍜

Internal environment: the new Chinese decoration style is full of Zen, elegant and without losing the sense of design, the inn has all kinds of piano, chess, calligraphy and painting, and a strong cultural atmosphere, making people feel like they are in a quiet art hall.
From the balcony on the roof of the inn or the open-air balcony of the room, you can overlook the green mountains and green waters of Yuping Mountain and Guangming Temple, and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery, which makes people feel refreshed.
Room facilities: There are a variety of room types such as naked couples room, new Chinese-style beauty room, terrace room and other room types to choose from. The modern facilities in the room are all available, smart appliances are convenient to use, and the bedding is comfortable and soft, which can make people sleep well all night.

GGuest UserOur family of three stayed in a family room. Since our children were adults, we called ahead to confirm three beds, which were very comfortable and not crowded at all. The hotel was very nice and clean. There were three hot springs, and the front desk lady was very helpful, providing tips and services. Unfortunately, our arrival was delayed by heavy rain, preventing us from climbing Mount Emei. Instead, we drove to the nearby Liujiang Ancient Town and Guangming Temple. Guangming Temple is highly recommended, and a must-see if you're not in a hurry. The temple also offers vegetarian meals, rice paddies, lotus ponds, and a hydrangea gallery.
So, even if you can't hike, staying at this hotel is a great way to relax and recuperate. It's well worth it.

CcarkopThe resort is so comfortable and conveniently located! It's only a 30-minute drive from the high-speed train station, and it's easy to get a taxi right outside. The food is great: breakfast is rich and varied, there's a Zhuguangyu Hotpot on B2, and local farm-style fish restaurants nearby. We slept wonderfully: the room was very comfortable, with excellent amenities for children, and the mattress was so comfy, our child slept soundly. There's plenty to do: they offer half-day childcare and daily activities. Plus, the Lu Ye Xian Zong (Deer Wonderland) nearby feels just like a mini Chiang Mai. I highly recommend it for families with little ones!

GGuest UserThe Dongpo Impression Water Street performance area is just a 10-meter walk from the guesthouse, very convenient. When in Meishan, you must visit the Su San Temple to learn about its cultural significance. The next day, be sure to stroll through the wetland park; the air is fresh and the trees are lush and green. Leng Mama's snacks near Su Shi Park are delicious and reasonably priced. I hope to visit Meishan again sometime.

TTP TanWe specifically chose the InterContinental Resort at Heilongtan for our May Day holiday, and the overall experience was incredibly satisfying. I truly give it a five-star recommendation!
The hotel's location is superb, directly facing the Heilongtan lake. The lush greenery means the air is fresh, and the resort grounds are quiet and serene, making walks around the lake extremely pleasant. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the overall environment really gives off a high-end resort vibe.
We booked a family room which our child absolutely loved. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. The bathroom was wet/dry separated, and both the hot water and water pressure were stable, making for maximum comfort during our stay. The staff provided meticulous and polite service; check-in and check-out were efficient, and the shuttle bus was available on call. A special shout-out to Light for being very responsive to our needs. The entire experience was very pleasant.
The hotel's amenities are perfect for a family vacation. The swimming pool, water park, and children's play areas are comprehensive. There's also a lakeside walking trail and lawn for relaxation, ensuring both adults and children can have a great time.
It's rare to have such a wonderful stay during a May Day trip. The environment, service, dining, and facilities were all excellent, and it offers great value for money. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Heilongtan!

GGuest UserObjective evaluation, first look at this hotel review and see a terrace, then open the reservation interface and set it directly, but only after I went, I knew that the first room type was on the first floor, and I couldn't see the lake. There was a wall outside the window, but this even if I didn't look at all the room types.
Second, the general location is still OK, very close to the lake, it is more convenient to eat or something.
Third, health and facilities are indeed general, the bathroom has a taste, the projection is old, but considering the remoteness of the area, it is reasonable.
Fourth, the check-in experience is really poor, the voltage is unstable, so the lights have been flashing during the rest, and the sound insulation is very poor. I was woken up without waking up in the morning on the first floor. I have been noisy. The bedroom at home is closed. There is no way.
Overall, this price is not cheap. If this price is slightly remote in Chengdu, you can also live in a better chain, so it can't be compared with the chain, but considering the remote location, the surrounding scenic spots are not incomprehensible, so in general, the price is mostly in the location, As for the accommodation experience, it is probably around the pass line.

My family went out for a hot spring bath together. When I arrived in the afternoon and turned on the lights, I felt that the whole room was very clean and beautiful. The ground was wooden and the bathroom was tiled. I thought the wooden floor was already very good, but when I turned on the air conditioner, I found that it was not. There is another switch that also controls the temperature. I turned it on without much thought, only to discover that there is floor heating under the wooden floor. The wooden floor in the entire room is heated and it is very comfortable to walk on. The TV in the room is embedded in a TV wall. The colors of the round table and chairs next to it can be seen to be consistent with the decoration of the entire room, and they look very coordinated. There is a children's playground on the first floor downstairs, with trampolines, projection games, slides, carousels, building blocks, etc. It is quite good to take the children to play in it before dinner. We soaked in hot springs at night and saw that there were indoor and outdoor ones. There were several pools outdoors. The decoration was like a pavilion hung with lanterns for lighting. It was a simple style. We found two pools, one high and one low, next to each other to soak in. The water in the upper pool It will flow to the pool below, and the water temperature in the upper pool is higher. It is about the temperature that will make your heart beat faster and sweat on your forehead after soaking for 10 minutes. After soaking in the hot pool for a while, I feel that my heartbeat is too fast, and everything behind is below. Soak in a pool with a slightly lower temperature. I have never soaked in a hot spring before, so I thought there would be some smell. In fact, the water here has no strange smell at all. I didn't expect that the density of the hot spring water seems to be much higher than that of ordinary water. If you relax your arms completely, they will not fall to your side. , the buoyancy can support the entire forearm level. When I went back after soaking in the hot spring, I saw that there seemed to be several spots bubbling around the indoor hot spring pool. There were a few people soaking in the bubbling area. It was probably interesting. I would like to try it if I come back next time. Try it, the indoor pool is relatively large, and I saw children playing in it with swimming rings.
