__WeChat518086****This National Day holiday, I finally got to stay at the Qianshanji Hotel, which I'd been longing to visit. However, the experience was quite mediocre. I booked what should have been one of the hotel's better rooms, and the view was indeed excellent—worth 60% of the room rate. The downsides were the poor service from the hotel staff. They lacked initiative and there was a significant time lag in staff handover, essentially meaningless service. It was even worse than Atour or Ji Hotel. In the evenings, the hotel hosted museum staff to explain the history of the Mosuo people, which was a plus. However, I inquired in the hotel's service group whether the restaurant could deliver a glass of wine to my location. The hotel told me I needed to order through their mini-program and pay, and it would be delivered afterward. So far, there were no problems. The next day, after we checked out, the hotel staff, due to their own mistake, issued a refund, claiming I hadn't paid and demanding I pay. After I provided screenshots of the payment record, the hotel admitted their error and said the owner had paid for the wine. I reiterated that I had paid, but the hotel refused. It's ridiculous. I booked a hotel room for one night, plus lunch at the hotel, and it cost me over 3,000 yuan. I also went to the soft opening of your boss's new restaurant, and you're saying I didn't pay for the 70 yuan worth of wine? That's really laughable. You yourself said that I needed to place an order before delivery (payment was required to place an order). But the food at their hotel restaurants was indeed quite good, including the new restaurant run by their boss. The food was excellent, and I highly recommend it. That new restaurant was probably the best I ate at in Lugu Lake.

AAnonymous UserThis was by far the most satisfying hotel I stayed at in Lugu Lake! It's located halfway up the mountain, so you wake up to stunning views of the lake. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's afternoon tea and breakfast were both incredibly rich and delicious! There are also many activities to enjoy, like the bonfire party and bonfire night talks, which were a lot of fun! The public area on the 3rd floor is super photogenic, and the 'sky bird's nest' is a must-visit for photos – every snap feels like you're not even in China! The staff's service was warm and attentive. Since transportation isn't very convenient in Lugu Lake, the hotel offered unlimited shuttle services, which was truly thoughtful! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserAnother absolute gem in Yunnan. The price is relatively affordable and all you get for it is totally worth it. The views outward the hotel lobby is stunning and the decor of the interior is very cozy and fitting. You have a full view of the lake from the front unobstructed.
Rooms have everything basic and more. Relatively spacious and decorated very extensively, cozy and comfortable setting and bed. Nice setup in the bathroom area and shower is spacious. Toilet with automated bidet is also nice. For those who like bathing there is a bath with mountainside views and bath salts/supplies given.
The AI and automated curtains add a nice touch, though this one is more primitive than xiaodu.
Staff were very kind and helpful，offered to drop me off at the bus stop and served dessert at night.

GGuest UserThis hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

MmiennWe stayed here for 2 nights and it was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. This time we stayed with my family and everyone was very happy.
We were very touched by many aspects of this hotel. We really did not choose the wrong accommodation. First of all, the service of the team was very considerate. They would try their best to arrange some of our needs. They also have a pick-up service to Luoshui Village, which is very convenient for going out for dinner and shopping.
The room was very comfortable and the scenery was really great. On the morning of the first day, my family went out, and I didn't want to go out. I stayed in the room while watching Lugu Lake and reading a book. It was very comfortable. We saw the fire clouds and rainbows from the room. We were so happy this time!
There are many thoughtful details in the room, such as a small box next to the bed for things that may be needed for sleeping, such as earplugs, steam eye masks, and mosquito coils. Especially considerate consideration 👍
The rice noodles for breakfast are very delicious, very similar to the taste of my childhood, we all like it. There is also afternoon tea, which is delicious.
The hotel also gave us a gift before we left, which was very touching🙏
Overall, it was a very good accommodation experience, the service was very good, very good 👍
Special thanks to everyone in the team, Xiaoqiang, Xiaofeng, and a male waiter (I don’t know his name), the big sister who cleaned the room, and the big sister who made breakfast, everyone was very attentive, we felt very warm and touched. Xiaoqiang is especially important, he seemed to know what our needs were, every time we asked him something, he was able to give us good information and recommendations, great 👍

There is not much introduction to the room. In addition to what they said, there are also hairbands, independent makeup removal wipes, etc., full of details! The homestay I stayed at this time completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I entered the door, I could feel the owner's intentions~ The room was warm and distinctive, and the combination of wooden furniture and green plants made people relax instantly. The bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom is impeccable, even the toiletries are carefully selected brands, the details are full!
The location of the homestay is excellent, and you can see Lugu Lake from the balcony. You can walk to the food street in a few minutes, away from the noise of the main street, and sleep very peacefully at night. The host also intimately provided us with local food guides.
What touched me most was the enthusiasm of the host! From check-in to departure, I cared about our needs like friends and gave us homemade gifts. This kind of warmth at home is an experience that the hotel can't give.
Highly recommended to friends who like slow travel and pursue quality! I have made an appointment with my family and bring more friends to live next time!

The surroundings are absolutely stunning, with magnificent views of Lugu Lake – it felt like the lake view was brought right into our room. The service was very attentive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent, and the duplex layout provided ample space, allowing our family to stay very comfortably. SScott N MUpon arrival, hotel manager Lamu greeted us with a warm smile and told us she could upgrade us to an even nicer room to welcome us to her lovely guesthouse. The location was great, the view wonderful and the breakfasts each morning were just right (and they served you sitting, vs. having to go through a buffet line)! The decor of the hotel is stunningly beautiful with lush gardens, rustic antiques and modern amenities all complementing one another. Lamu kindly offered to help us with any local tourism or transportation needs and easily accommodated our request to add a day onto our reservation, even giving us her personal cell phone number to contact her with any needs. We will definitely stay there each time we visit Lugu Lake!
