MmaxeaThis Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly.

GGuest UserAtour Hotel is consistently excellent. The lobby is clean, and the room is quiet and comfortable. The front desk lady at this location was particularly enthusiastic. When my child was crying while taking medicine, she even gave them a small gift, which the child loved and immediately stopped crying! 😆😆😆 Next time I come to Pinghu, I'll definitely stay at this Atour Hotel again. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but the scenery in Pinghu is also beautiful 😊

Second, the hotel cleaners were cleaning and chatting at the opposite door early in the morning, which affected my rest.
Third, the parking fee was still charged when I left after registering the license plate at the front desk.

GGuest UserThe room is quite large, the windows can be opened, and it is clean and hygienic. I will still choose this place when I travel to Pinghu for business in the future. The price is also reasonable, and the takeaway is delivered to the room by a robot. recommend

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent sleep quality after a long day of travel.
The location is perfect—close to public transportation, good restaurants, and several scenic spots within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities (fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water daily).
Breakfast offered a wide variety of both local and international options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Staff were always polite and quick to help, whether I needed directions or recommendations.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It combines comfort, convenience, and great value, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming, always happy to help and provide advice. The hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable and the hygiene conditions are also very good. The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping centers around, and the transportation is also very convenient. The breakfast was very rich, with a variety of fresh fruits, breads and drinks, which met my taste needs. All in all I was very impressed with this hotel and I would recommend it to friends and family.

MM51923****The bathtub in this room is incredible! After a long day at Legoland, soaking in it was pure bliss. They even provide disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. It's so clean and hygienic! The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, which is a fantastic detail. There's a woman at the front desk, I think she's the lobby manager, who is super beautiful and incredibly helpful. We booked a family room, and even though we had an extra person, they waived the breakfast fee. She also gave us great tips on local attractions, telling us what's worth seeing and what to avoid, which helped us dodge some potential disappointments. The room they arranged for us was also excellent. We'll definitely be back next time!

MMeng_ cherryThe hotel is pretty good, about 5 minutes from the scenic spot! The hotel is very big and clean! We stayed on the 2nd floor, area C. It was like walking through a maze to find the room, but the room was very big, with a hanging chair inside, and it was very comfortable. If you don't book breakfast, you can buy it on the spot for 15 yuan per person! The breakfast is also very rich and the price is good. I will continue to stay here next time!
