Super nice place for a family of four. The staff are both attentive and friendly. Impressive centralized control system adopted in the guest room. The breakfast is also wonderful. I noticed they offered different hot dishes in the two days we stayed. Will definitely come back to crystal orange if we visit Pinghu in the future.

My stay at this hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent sleep quality after a long day of travel. The location is perfect—close to public transportation, good restaurants, and several scenic spots within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities (fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water daily). Breakfast offered a wide variety of both local and international options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Staff were always polite and quick to help, whether I needed directions or recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It combines comfort, convenience, and great value, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip.

The hygiene was excellent, and the room was bright and spacious. A big plus was finding a washing machine in the room, which is quite rare. The hotel gym facilities were very good, but the children's play area was too small, which was a bit disappointing. The service was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming. Just a heads-up: both the Chinese and Western restaurants require advance reservations. We didn't know this and when we went in the evening, they only had simple items like wontons and noodles, so we ended up ordering takeout.
