Although the hotel does not have a separate parking lot, the car is parked in the public parking lot less than ten meters next door. It is very convenient. The parking fee is reimbursed when I leave. 1.地理位置很好，停車地方很大 2.服務特別好，無論是前台，還是安保，還是領班，都是笑盈盈的，很熱心。我找不到洗衣房，每個人都很耐心的跟我説。 3.房間巨大，儲物空間很大，標間床都是1.5的，我看了平涼其他酒店都是1.2/1.35，這家酒店的是最大。有超大沙發，坐着很舒服，而且有智能化，並且有一份詳細的教程告訴住客應該怎麼使用，特別貼心。大大小小的酒店住過很多，有智能教程的是第一次，我覺得這個是一個很驚喜的地方。 4.着重表揚！ 着重表揚！ 着重表揚，感謝6.20晚的前台工作人員和安保人員，我打電話問洗衣房在哪裡，前台直接根據我的房間告訴我怎麼走，而且特別有耐心，能感受到温暖，安保人員是穿白色衣服有肩章的，因為洗衣房沒有標註，在洗手間裏我第一次沒找到，這位白色衣服的工作人員直接帶我走到裏面，還告訴我有任何需要都可以求助。這兩位工作人員都很熱心，耐心，沒有任何不耐煩，我想這正是住客想感受到的—被尊重和重視，人情味很重，讓冷夜裡的心暖暖的。謝謝你們。 5.酒店的燈光也特別温暖和明亮，走廊地毯很安靜，隔音好，需要好好休息的人可以來，晚上沒聽到一點聲音，男難得。下次來還會住，已經推薦給朋友，平涼最好的酒店。

Everything is good , courteous, friendly and professional personnel, very clean and well kept room, good hot water showers except for broken shower head. Situated in town near bus stop and all outlets, food and fashion wears. 10 minutes bus ride from railway station. Strongly recommend to all travellers.
