Overall, it was excellent. The hotel environment was particularly nice. The rooms were large and comfortable, the beds were also very comfortable, and it was next to Longsha Park with many restaurants nearby. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the service was excellent. The only minor drawbacks were that the toilet had a persistent odor, and the hairdryer couldn't be used for too long.

Fantastic. Hemei may not be part of any international chain but the service level of the staff was on the same level as any Intercontinental, Marriott or Shangri-la that I have stayed in. From Linda at the front desk who upgraded us without us saying a single word to housekeeper Niu Ailing who wrote us a nice note to say how happy she was to serve us, it is the sincerity from staff like these who make this hotel worthy of its 5 diamonds rating.

I grabbed a room, and I was lucky enough to grab one with a very favorable price. The breakfast was very rich, and the kids loved it. The room was quiet, and I had a good rest.

Nice quite new boutique hotel, well decorated and furnished. We leaved in two rooms during our stay because it was wedding party in the hotel. Villa room was very spacious and too big for us, VIP 888 was exactly what we like - living room and bad room with shower and two WC. Staff asking us to change room was very polite and lady on reception kindly order taxi fir us ( it is necessary to call by phone to order taxi in Fulaerji). Breakfast is good even coffee is available. SPA and restaurant are also in nearby building.
