The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept well. The front desk service is warm and helps solve any needs. OOtautahianI chose this hotel because Hanting are always reliable. Check in was quick, breakfast was good for the price point and the laundry has three washers and three dryers. My room faced the street but wasn't noisy (that said, I was on the 9th floor)

What makes me most excited about the hotel is the hot spring pool in the room! After a day of playing, soaking in a warm hot spring, fatigue instantly dissipates, it is simply a ”healing artifact” during travel.

GGuest UserUpon check-in, we received a brochure detailing nearby attractions, which was a nice touch for out-of-town guests. We had to clean the air conditioning filter ourselves upon entering the room. The bedding was clean. The bathroom exhaust fan, however, was not working. We reported it to the front desk before heading out, but it remained unfixed when we returned that evening, and we received no follow-up. Since we were only staying one night, we decided not to press the issue. The hotel is conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions and has its own parking lot.

Maybe there is no stay for a long time, the ground, bay windows, and the desktop are gray, but the waiter cleaned it the next day. And the bathroom door of my room cannot be closed. The location was good with parking and shops and a pharmacy nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helped us during our stay. The reception area was clean and tidy too. There is also a laundry room in case you need to wash clothes for no extra charge.

GGuest UserYou can understand by looking at the pictures. This hotel is indeed old enough. The interior is not bad, but it is convenient for parking. It is right at the door. It is a bit lacking in hygiene. The toilet seat is hard to understand. If you change it, why not change it to a matching one? It's hard to go to the toilet, and the most important thing is that there are no charging plugs around the bed, which is very inconvenient. It really needs to be updated! I hope the store can improve it. There are vegetables and rice noodles for breakfast!

GGuest UserGreat hotel, really clean, coffee machine in foyer, the owner is really helpful and booked taxis for me to get around. At the other end of the street (5 minute walk) is a restaurant stall area with lots of choices of places to eat. Definitely recommend staying here if in Ruili.
