MM491818****Because Shache was only a one-night stopover, I chose GreenTree Inn with airport pick-up service as my priority. The service was very good. After checking the order, I was asked to send the flight information and arrange the driver. The 7-seater Trumpchi was the one that picked me up at the airport, which was comfortable! The front desk also placed local specialty dried fruits, which tasted very good. We had to ask the front desk if they had any purchasing channels to take back after eating. The room was quite spacious, with a long sofa and a small coffee table. They were also very generous in providing bottled water. There were humidifiers and other facilities. However, when I entered, I smelled a heavy smell in the bathroom, so I asked the front desk to send someone to solve it. They said it was the smell of disinfectant. Later, when I went out and came back, the smell was gone. The processing speed and results were good, which was also a plus. The next morning, I had breakfast and went directly to the airport. I had breakfast and set off ten minutes later than the scheduled time, but the driver was very patient and waited, and he was also very proactive in loading the luggage. I gave the driver a thumbs up! The subsequent flights were also very smooth. Although the trip to Shache was short, I was very nostalgic. GGuest UserThe hotel is great. The room is big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel rate is reasonable. Location is within the city. You can walk to the old city, or take a didi which cost 5yuan. There are some nice restaurants next to the hotel. I had lunch at the Steamboat restaurant ( which seems popular with the local), and I enjoyed it.

GGuest UserI have stayed in a youth hostel before. Now the owner has moved to a new location. The room is large and clean. The bedding is new. There is a separate bathroom and shower. The owner is also very enthusiastic. There is a small supermarket on the second floor, which is very convenient for buying daily necessities and food. It is very close to the old town of Shache. Downstairs is the Xinjiang specialty dried fruit market, which is also very convenient for buying Xinjiang specialties. The experience is very good. I will choose here next time.

XXianer1104Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk staff had a good attitude. The hotel was clean and sanitary. The room door was not soundproof. You could hear people talking clearly when opening and closing the door in the corridor. The breakfast was not very rich. Moreover, the service staff in the breakfast room had a bad attitude and the food was not replenished in time. We had to wait until the plate was empty before replenishing it, and there was no milk or soy milk at 9:35, and it was not replenished until 10:20 when we finished the meal, and the eggs were very bad and stale. We didn’t have to provide them, but they were provided. We have to provide fresh ones. This egg is really beyond words.

From the security guard at the door to the lady at the front desk to the lady in the canteen, they are all very cute!!! The hotel's Wi-Fi was not stable and the network was intermittent, which was a bit inconvenient for me who needed to handle work. In addition, although the hotel’s breakfast buffet has a wide variety of items, the taste is mostly average, and the temperature of the hot dishes is not high enough, making the eating experience poor.
