Shache Jinbi Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel has a good location, with a shopping mall parking lot next door, and the breakfast is decent. The hot water in the room was a bit weak. Special praise to Subi at the front desk and Tudi, the security guard on the evening shift; their service was excellent, they helped us find a parking space, and even told us we could add them on WeChat to get reimbursed for the parking fee."
Shache International Youth Hostel ★★
"Hostel a bit off city. Room big but bed hard."
Atour Hotel (Yingbin Road, Shache People's Government) ★★★★
"The service was superb. They called in advance to inquire about our room requirements, and the receptionists were all very polite and proactive in resolving any issues for guests. The room was very clean, consistent with Atour's style. The breakfast was also good, and the staff at the entrance had very welcoming smiles, making us feel right at home. It's conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to call a taxi to the old town. The security guard at the entrance was also very friendly."
Gemei Hotel (Shache Railway Station Government Affairs Center) ★★★
"The hotel is easy to find and has free parking. There are many places to eat around. The room is large and clean. A good choice. The breakfast is nutritious. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I come to Shache."
Super 8 Select Hotel (Shache Tuanjie Road) ★★★
"Wow, the breakfast at the hotel is absolutely amazing, with rich varieties like a food market. When I checked in, the guy at the front desk recommended that I must have breakfast. I had the mentality of free breakfast, which was so unexpected. The waitress was really friendly. Seeing that I was wearing thin clothes, she reminded me that it was too cold outside and I should wear a down jacket. I was a little touched. The hotel is right in the city center, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. I recommend it to everyone."
Shache Delong Hotel (Old Town Scenic Area) ★★
"I'm seriously fed up. The way they open the door is completely different from other hotels. At most hotels you just swipe a card, but they insist on inserting a card, and even that card reader is unreliable. Plus, I have to go to the front desk every day to activate it before I can even open the door. Why is it so complicated? And they didn't even tell me I had a room card, but it wouldn't let me in from the outside. Then I had to call housekeeping, and they took forever to come. Secondly, the hotel facilities are really old and poor quality. Many things don't work. The TV has no signal, the bedside lamp doesn't work, and the lighting is dim. Thirdly, the hotel's cleanliness is appalling. There's a strong smell of smoke as soon as you walk in. When I got home, all the clothes I'd slept in that room smelled of secondhand smoke. The carpet was covered in dust and had burn holes from previous smokers. It was disgusting. The fact that smoking isn't prohibited is disgusting. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It's not even as well-managed as a hostel. Plus, there's no elevator, and climbing the stairs to the fourth floor is quite a hassle."
Vienna Hotel (Shache Branch, Kashgar Prefecture) ★★★★
"Due to its location on the outskirts of the city, there aren't many dining options nearby. The faucet in the room was loose. One of the two elevators was out of order, and the other one was quite slow during peak hours. Getting around by ride-hailing services was convenient. However, the airport transfer driver was nearly half an hour late, so we only just made it to the airport, thankfully without any major issues."
Mehood Hotel (Shache, Kashgar Prefecture) ★★★★
Shankee Tea Style Hotel (Old Town Scenic Area) ★★
"The room was cleaned, the stairwell, the laundry room was not clean, I hope to pay attention to details, after all, it is a big hotel. The service is good, the location is still rented to the ancient city, otherwise you can't go shopping."

Homeinn · neo (Shache Polytechnic Vocational Technical College)
"Lovely and smiley front desk staff and security guard greeting the guests all the time. The hotel is new, and the design is vibrant. The room is bright, clean and big. I had a good sleep. The only disadvantage is the hotel is located slightly away from the city and there are no restaurants nearby."
JI Hotel (Shache Gulebage Road)
"The environment is okay and the facilities are relatively complete; the hygiene is poor and the room smells bad; the service is average; the breakfast is OK, which is pretty good in Xinjiang. Overall I'm not very satisfied with this hotel, I don't know why the rating is so high."
Xinbang Hotel (Shache County First Street Branch)
"Facilities: Average. A hotel opened in 2024 feels like one from 10 years ago. Cleanliness: The cleanliness is quite filthy. The first room I stayed in had trash and cigarette butts in the trash can. Why didn't they change the trash bag? The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. How could someone sit in it? The toilet was very stained. There were stains on the bathroom floor (see picture 3). The floor and sofa next to the sofa were terrible. The room smelled very bad, unlike a 24-year-old hotel. The soundproofing was average. The cleaning staff even placed used sheets and pillowcases directly in the hallway without any protective measures. Regardless of whether they were clean or not, they shouldn't be leaving them on the floor. It was completely unhygienic. The next room was better than the first one, but the smell was still very strong. I could have used some air freshener. I was speechless. I didn't have breakfast this morning and didn't experience it. When I booked the hotel, I thought the room was good and there were no negative reviews. Comparing them is meaningless."
H Hotel (shache Government Affairs Center Branch)
"💪👍👍👍👍"
The Silkroad Lodgings
"I rarely give bad reviews to businesses, after all, everyone's struggling financially. But this guesthouse really angered us. Upon check-in, they told us there was a performance in the courtyard that evening, costing 98 yuan. We didn't want to see it and didn't buy a ticket. After going out for a walk that evening, we returned to the hotel and needed to find a staff member, but couldn't find anyone. There was no one at the front desk either. We called the hotel's number listed on Ctrip, but no one answered. They didn't reply to our WeChat messages. Our companions also tried calling and messaging us, but no one answered. We called the Ctrip number, but no one answered either. Finally, when we called again, they came out—they were at the performance venue in the courtyard. Their attitude when answering questions was also poor. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the wet and dry areas weren't separated. When showering, the toilet and sink got wet. The floor was slippery after showering, and I almost slipped and fell while wearing disposable slippers. The toilet leaked after flushing, making a constant noise, forcing me to open the tank lid and fix the toilet every time I flushed."
Shache Jing'an Road Renjoy Hotel
"Difference, difference, difference"
ZheShang Hotel
"This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at on my trip to Xinjiang. They called me before I even arrived, offering all sorts of warm tips and friendly information. From the moment I hung up, I was already looking forward to it. And when I got there, it was even better – it truly felt like coming home. The lobby is beautiful and has a distinctive Xinjiang style, and the staff are warm and lovely. The room was spacious and bright, with well-maintained facilities, and it was spotlessly clean. The value for money is outstanding. I was still talking about it with my friend on the way to check out – it really was the best hotel I've stayed in this whole trip. The breakfast was also delicious and suited my taste; even though it was crowded, it wasn't chaotic. It was excellent. I highly recommend everyone to try it out; you won't be disappointed."
Vienna 3 Best Hotel (Shache Rongxin Meishi Commercial Street)
"Facilities: Complete customer service facilities, spacious and bright rooms Hygiene: Bathing water, hot and cold facilities Environment: The surrounding area is basically complete with food, drink and entertainment (urbanization) Service: Waiters are polite There are many varieties of breakfast, and the overall feeling is great value for money"
Shache Wencheng School Hotel
"The room wasn't very clean. It smelled strongly of cigarettes. The shower drain was clogged, so we had to change rooms. No hot water. The service was really poor. They don't know how to check in foreigners. It took an awfully long time. Then there were more problems with the door card. Avoid if you can."
Shache Xiangcheng Hotel
Yuqi Hostel
"I've been here for one day but later they asked me to leave because they didn't have the permission to host foreign people. The owner is nice but if you are not chinese and you see this place available, be aware of this before booking."
