"I rarely give bad reviews to businesses, after all, everyone's struggling financially. But this guesthouse really angered us. Upon check-in, they told us there was a performance in the courtyard that evening, costing 98 yuan. We didn't want to see it and didn't buy a ticket. After going out for a walk that evening, we returned to the hotel and needed to find a staff member, but couldn't find anyone. There was no one at the front desk either. We called the hotel's number listed on Ctrip, but no one answered. They didn't reply to our WeChat messages. Our companions also tried calling and messaging us, but no one answered. We called the Ctrip number, but no one answered either. Finally, when we called again, they came out—they were at the performance venue in the courtyard. Their attitude when answering questions was also poor. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the wet and dry areas weren't separated. When showering, the toilet and sink got wet. The floor was slippery after showering, and I almost slipped and fell while wearing disposable slippers. The toilet leaked after flushing, making a constant noise, forcing me to open the tank lid and fix the toilet every time I flushed."

"This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at on my trip to Xinjiang. They called me before I even arrived, offering all sorts of warm tips and friendly information. From the moment I hung up, I was already looking forward to it. And when I got there, it was even better – it truly felt like coming home. The lobby is beautiful and has a distinctive Xinjiang style, and the staff are warm and lovely. The room was spacious and bright, with well-maintained facilities, and it was spotlessly clean. The value for money is outstanding. I was still talking about it with my friend on the way to check out – it really was the best hotel I've stayed in this whole trip. The breakfast was also delicious and suited my taste; even though it was crowded, it wasn't chaotic. It was excellent. I highly recommend everyone to try it out; you won't be disappointed."

"The room wasn't very clean. It smelled strongly of cigarettes. The shower drain was clogged, so we had to change rooms. No hot water. The service was really poor. They don't know how to check in foreigners. It took an awfully long time. Then there were more problems with the door card. Avoid if you can."

"Great hostel, highly recommended! The location is very convenient, not far from the old town, you can get there by walking, and the taxi price is only the starting price. The youth hostel has just opened. It is very clean and convenient for washing and drying clothes. The boss is handsome and the service is good. The guests are also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I stayed here for several days. It is my favorite youth hostel I have ever stayed in. There is also a super cute little puppy."

"Terrible Experience! Shache Kyriad Hotel: Major Safety Hazards, Unscrupulous Service, and Absolutely No Bounds! Our family stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. We strongly advise all families with children and guests prioritizing rest to avoid this hotel! 1. Fatal Safety Hazard: Child Injured and No One Takes Responsibility In all three rooms we stayed in, the bed legs were equipped with sliding ball joints, lacking any safety locks or warnings. The beds would easily slip and fall, causing our child to fall and get injured! After the incident, the hotel manager completely avoided us, refusing to show up, make any calls, or address the issue. They offered no comfort whatsoever, displaying an extremely cold and indifferent attitude! Subsequent communications were filled with lies, evasive tactics, and even blamed the parents for inadequate supervision. They refused to pay a single penny for medical expenses or a room discount. We only received compensation through Ctrip ourselves. The hotel showed absolutely no responsibility! 2. Extremely poor hygiene; the room was never cleaned. The room floor was clearly uncleaned upon check-in, with dust and stains everywhere. Basic hygiene was neglected, making it completely unworthy of being called a brand-name hotel! 3. Construction noise was extremely disturbing, making it impossible to rest. The hotel window overlooked a construction site. Cranes and mixers roared from afternoon until 8 PM, and then started work again promptly at 8 AM. In Xinjiang, people don't start work until 9:30 AM. My family and I were completely unable to rest due to the noise, and the hotel ignored it and took no action whatsoever!"
