Shache Hotels with Gym

The room was nice enough: high ceiling, spacious layout, but smelled a bit (I guess I had been given a smoker’s room despite my wish to be in non-smokers). Windows could be opened which was nice. Relatively quiet. Breakfast was ok. Location is such that you cannot really do anything on foot unless you want to walk long ways.

Shache, a county town south of Kashgar, has a more pristine atmosphere. Staying at this hotel was very comfortable; the front desk and security staff were very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and tidy, with separate shower and toilet areas, and the shower water was excellent and at a comfortable temperature. The hotel is within 2-3 kilometers of various attractions in the old town, and there is parking available downstairs. There's also a good Hunan restaurant nearby. The hotel's breakfast offers a variety of options and is great value for money.

The hotel is located in a more prosperous area, and there are many shopping shops around. Parking is available at the door, behind the building, and underground, which is convenient. Hanting and Orange hotels are in the same building. The service staff seem to be together, warm, patient and thoughtful. The room is large in size, the Hanting is unified in configuration, and the facilities and supplies are easy to use.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The lady at breakfast was terrifying; she was always yelling and snarling at people. It was really scary. She kept nagging others, and if someone didn't like the bread and took a bite, she'd yell at them. She was incredibly rude and scary. Their toilet paper also smelled bad, and the room was damp and smelly. Overall, it was uncomfortable. The only good thing was the free bottled water; they brought you water from the fridge, but every time you took some, the staff would give you a look or glare, which made you feel uncomfortable. However, it was convenient. In short, the breakfast needs improvement. It was so bad I couldn't even get full; it was awful. There was practically nothing to eat. I hope the hotel can improve the breakfast service and quality. Also, a sign saying ”Free Bottled Water” would be helpful. Thank you, and I hope the hotel improves.

Cleanliness: The hotel's sanitation is excellent, with hallways, rooms, and public areas all kept immaculately clean.

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities, novel equipment, soft and comfortable bedding. The room has good sound insulation, large space, good lighting and ventilation, and complete intelligent facilities. The hotel's lobby is luxuriously decorated, the overall layout is reasonable, and the stay is comfortable and relaxing. Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy, the whole house is disinfected in place, and the living is at ease. Environment: The hotel has a quiet environment and convenient transportation. It is an ideal choice for in-depth tours of the ancient city of Shache and surrounding attractions. The hotel is located in a quiet location, suitable for short stays. Although there are not many commercial facilities around, it is suitable for tourists who like quiet. Service: The service is intimate and thoughtful, and the staff is polite and welcoming. Breakfast: The breakfast is rich in variety, delicious and long for meals.

The staff at the hotel front desk were very nice. The room was neat and clean, the night was quiet and the sleep was comfortable. The hotel is in an older part of the county, but very convenient. About ten minutes' walk from the hotel, there is a street full of restaurants. It took about ten minutes to take a taxi to the center of the new district. We arrived at a beautifully decorated restaurant with very good taste and local characteristics.

The decoration of this hotel is quite new and it is newly opened. But it feels that the provision of services to items is not perfect. First of all, starting from the front desk of the hotel, she did not provide card sets and WiFi passwords. I didn't ask for comments and told me that the room type had changed, and I directly changed to a single room (1 meter 2 bed, close to the elevator, but replaced with a window). This is the most basic obligation. Although I am a person living, this cannot be ignored directly! There are also people smoking in the hall, filled with smoke. Secondly, the bedroom lacks a trash can after entering the room. I gave two hangers and there was no place to hang clothes at all. There are 6 small ceiling lights on the top of the room. If the window is not opened, the light in the room is dim. And there is no phone number that can connect to the front desk of the hotel, so you have to go down and find someone to solve it. (The trash can is solved). Again, the toilet does not provide hand sanitizer, no care package and shower cap, no disposable toilet pad or toilet lid disinfectant. No towels are provided. The mirror of the toilet is unstable and the lower part can be shaken strongly. The floor drain in the shower room has obvious hair residue and has not been cleaned. I think the positioning of this hotel is comfortable, and I hope that these basic supporting measures can still be prepared.

The hotel was very pleasantly surprised. I thought that Shache would have a bit of service discount. I didn’t expect it to be full of surprises. There were many people in the laundry and arranged for people to be on duty. The room is also clean and tidy

Location is closed to tourist attractions, good breakfast, friendly front desk, security guard is helping out different tasks, besides security duties. Close to local eateries. A/C system was not working properly.
