The hotel is very new and well decorated. It is like an art gallery. Every aspect of the hotel is decorated with an artistic atmosphere and the service is also great. It's just that it's not very convenient to wash clothes and there is no dryer. There is also some problem with the shutter of the shower door. The door can't be closed tightly, and wind comes in when taking a shower. Overall, the flaws are not enough to overshadow the merits. I hope to keep up the good work!

The room was very spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, featuring Xinjiang milk tea and a variety of hot dishes – my wife absolutely adored it! The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service, and the security guards were incredibly friendly and helpful with our luggage. A huge bonus was the generous supply of complimentary bottled water in the room, which was an absolute blessing considering the scorching hot weather.

Booked twin standard room, Shihezi did not meet expectations all season. The lobby is very shiny and the room is old. After reading it, it was an earlier store that opened, and the room layout and area did not meet the current standard. The bathroom is small, the wet area is outside, and the location of the wardrobe is crowded. There is no wardrobe, there is a crooked hanger. The room did not have space for a sofa and coffee table, and a sofa and a small circle were squeezed in the place where the bed should have been a long tabletop. Although there is a standard tea set, the cockroach can twist and sit here, so that people have no desire to sit. There is no place to open the suitcase, and the cockroach can use the space in front of the window on the sofa or lift the foot of the bed. Fortunately, bedding, toiletries, hair dryers are still online, which makes people confirm that this is really the whole season.

The hotel room is well-equipped. The service provided by Xiao Zhang at the front desk is very good and enthusiastic. I asked about places to eat and play nearby and gave good recommendations. It is very close to Wanda and there is a library nearby. The transportation is convenient and you can take a taxi in two minutes. I saw it when I was going around. It's very close to the school. The location is pretty good. The beds are clean. Recommended.

The room was simple and clean. The hotel had a diffused fragrance on all floors, and while I'm a bit sensitive to smells, this one was pleasant. All the hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. They even provided dental floss and earplugs. The hotel's location is good, and they offer free laundry service with a washer-drydryer, which is great – you only need to pack a couple of outfits and your luggage burden is significantly reduced. It's also very convenient to both the airport and train station. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, thank you.

Pretty much as good as what you can expect for the price. Beds are typically suited for Chinese preferences (hard) and lifts are slow, but overall good experience.
