"Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay."

"Good business hotel if you have business in the Shijiazhuang High Tech business Zone. The hotel serve only breakfast there is no provision for lunch or dinner. It is new and clean hotel only for business travellers. There is shopping mall just 10 metre away where you can go for quick Lunch or dinner."

"**Hotel Review: Aesthetic Excellence Overshadowed by Comfort Failures** Our recent stay at this supposedly 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. While the hotel clearly invested heavily in aesthetics, creating a visually stunning environment that looks fantastic in photos, the design seemed to prioritize form over function, ultimately compromising our comfort. Sadly, this became a deal-breaker for us. The most glaring issue was the room's ventilation and temperature control—or lack thereof. We visited in early March, and the entire building was excessively heated. Despite being from a tropical country and accustomed to warm weather, I found myself sweating in shorts and a singlet. The staff, though polite and eager to help, seemed powerless to address the issue. They provided us with a small portable AC unit, which was better than nothing, but it was clear from their demeanor that this was a recurring problem for guests. Sleeping was a nightmare. The only way to cool the room slightly was to keep the windows open, but this meant having the blinds and curtains up, allowing outside noise and light to flood in. The choice was between sleeping in a sauna-like environment or enduring the disturbances from outside. Needless to say, we had a terrible night's sleep and were relieved to check out after just one night. On a positive note, the service was impeccable. The staff truly deserve recognition for their efforts to assist guests despite the limitations they faced. The breakfast spread was also a highlight—delicious, varied, and reasonably priced, especially if you inform them in advance about adding breakfast to your stay. The room amenities were top-notch, and the spaciousness of the room added to the overall sense of luxury. We got a family suite which was plenty spacious and came with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 bathtubs and a living area. However, these positives couldn’t outweigh the discomfort caused by the poor temperature regulation. During our trip, we stayed in four different cities across China, and this was the only hotel that lacked proper air conditioning and heating controls. For a 5-star establishment, this is a significant oversight. In conclusion, while the hotel excels in aesthetics, service, and amenities, the lack of a well-thought-out solution for room temperature is a major drawback. Management needs to address this issue with a long-term fix. After all, no matter how beautiful a hotel looks, it’s hard to appreciate it when you can’t get a good night’s rest."

"The hotel is in a prime location, and it is very convenient to go out and take a bus. It is very close to the bus station and subway station. The hotel service is warm, the room is warm and spacious, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The hotel also has a buffet to choose from, which is very satisfactory. There is also afternoon tea, laundry room, and gym on the 28th floor. It is very comfortable to have afternoon tea while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The hotel also has a car to take you to Zhengding Ancient City, and the service is very good. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and the room price is also very affordable. "The hotel is in a great location, across the street from the Hebei Provincial Museum. It is easy to find by driving. There is free parking. The hotel environment is clean and the room layout is perfect, elegant and romantic. The staff are also warm and thoughtful, which makes people feel very comfortable. Xiao Wang and Xiao Shang in the front office are kind and considerate, and proficient in their business; Zheng Qiyue in the restaurant is a particularly enthusiastic girl who introduced the restaurant's dishes to us and gave us gifts when we left. "I went out with my friends, did some travel guides online and finally chose Yunzhen Century. The experience was great👍🏻. The front desk was clean before check-in, and Miss Huang Xiaoyuan arranged the room type I liked, and the check-in was very comfortable. The next day, I went to the breakfast room for breakfast, and their service made my friends and I feel doubly heartwarming. The little girl at the door arranged a quiet seat, and each person had a special fish fillet porridge. "Following the previous comment, family outing. Because the child felt uncomfortable after checking in, he vomited just after taking the medicine. Jin Li, the night shift supervisor of the housekeeping department, happened to be checking the room next door. He quickly came to help deal with the vomit and brought a thermometer to the child.
