This Hanting store is the best Hanting hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is very clean. I chat with my friends on the first floor. The front desk lady will send warm mineral water intimately. It is too intimate in winter. Is the bookshelf on the first floor very feeling 😁 The overall feeling is that the boss's business philosophy is in place, and the breakfast is nice?

Ziyu2016該酒店一直是我們首選的常住酒店，但是也就是在這次的體驗感真的讓我感到失望，一直以來我入住當天都是開具當天的發票，不管多晚之前客服人員都能給我開具，但是在昨天晚上我十點多鐘到酒店辦理入住，提起需要開具當天日期的發票時，前台客服人員以財務下班為由拒絕給我開具，並口頭説第二天退房後中午十一點半到十二點這個時間給我開具，因為我本人公司管理制度嚴格緣故，我本人和我公司做了一下解釋！第二天早上我八點多退的房，發票訊息也發給了酒店微信，但是直到下午兩點發票都沒有給我開出，後來再次催促在兩點半，發票才開具給我！咱們酒店前台工作人員的更換正常，但是咱們酒店的服務質量不能下降啊！説到什麼時間開票就什麼時間開票，還需要等客户來催你嗎？希望酒店方加強工作人員服務意識的培訓，對客户特別需要開具當天日期發票的情況也做好完善工作，變通才能彰顯人性化的服務！本次體驗我衹能給出差評，該酒店在我們公司這裏拉黑
