GGuest UserThe hotel was comfortable, clean and well-furnished. The staff were memorable; the cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful, and the girls on the front desk were so sweet. Despite our language difficulties they helped me so much to arrange a visit to the Eastern Qing Tombs, and to get a transfer later on to Beijing. The evening I arrived I asked if there was a shopping centre in the vicinity and one of the girls said she was about to finish her shift and took me there in her car! They were all so friendly and helpful.
The only negative point I would mention is that the door to my room was not very secure: on leaving the room I found I could easily force it open without using the key! This needs to be looked at urgently. Overall though I was very happy with my all too short stay, and I will remember the lovely reception staff for a long time.

The breakfast is rich and varied, and good insulation measures have been taken, which is worthy of recognition.
The hotel is reasonably priced and cost-effective. Parking is convenient. The rooms are large and the facilities are new.

The room air conditioner didn't work.
Basis: In the warm air mode, the temperature is set to 30 degrees Celsius, and the air is blown at high speed and automatic speed respectively. After two hours of operation, the room temperature is still 21 degrees Celsius; the low speed mode is turned on for one night, and it is still 21 degrees Celsius during the day, which is very cold. .

GGuest UserThe room type I chose was in a different building. The room layout was quite reasonable, and overall it was clean and hygienic. As a hotel next to a scenic area, it's really close to Hetou Old Street. After watching the show, you can leisurely walk back to the hotel. Parking is very convenient with a large parking lot, and it's free for hotel guests.

FFeixiangdelalaThe room was very clean, and the soundproofing on the windows was excellent; even though it was right next to a main road, it wasn't noisy at all. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied – definitely five-star quality for a four-star hotel. There were plenty of parking spaces, but the only downside was the lack of EV charging stations.

__WeChat47304****The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. Since we had a child with us, they arranged a 2.4-meter extra-large bed. They even gave us a small gift when we left, which our child absolutely loved. The room was very comfortable and clean, and parking was super convenient. Breakfast offered a great variety, including freshly made wontons and noodles, as well as homemade soy milk and fried dough sticks that tasted very authentic. All in all, I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserI love the china style and cultural aesthetic . Its the reason why im taken. Free and smart washing machine to use. Smart wash 30mins , auto detergent. Free dryer 10mins. Check-in process felt weird. 2 front desks staff and cleaner were so peculiar about our whereabouts like they never seen foreigners. Asked where we are from after recieving our passports, why we come?, where we enter country from when they have our passports, cleaner asked her staffs ” they are not locals?” Stare at us because we were conversing english to my friend.
Amenities is good. A little difficult to locate on didi. Quiet , beautiful and smooth. The hotel provides rental free on many items and my charger head. Very helpful and usher.

GGuest User優點：位置不錯，去河頭老街方便，在河頭老街東南門這邊，開車打車都可，不會像南門那邊那麼堵車，我們大年初五下午四點多打車過去東南門，沒有堵車，入門也基本不用排隊，晚上回來東南門這邊也更好打車，步行大概20分鐘也可到酒店。
周邊也比較繁華，超市蜜雪冰城啥的都有，晚上回來酒店樓下很多餐廳還在營業。酒店馬路對面農貿市場有早市和很多早餐店，所以早上沒在酒店吃早飯，對面早餐店肉餅做的很棒。
服務態度不錯，多要了4瓶水很快給拿過來，晚上對面房間吵，和前台反饋後也很快有工作人員過去提示對方。
湯泉不錯，值得體驗一下，非常適合玩累了回來泡澡按摩，價格實惠，足療最低80多塊錢，搓澡也便宜，手法不錯，比較注意衞生，浴巾浴袍汗蒸服也很充足。還有游泳池和小童温泉水上樂園，建議帶泳衣過來。湯泉入口處還有個影院，可以買票看院線電影。
外賣方便，可直接送到房間來。
停車方便，有很大的地下停車場。
缺點：隔音不好，酒店每個房間配了耳塞，我們晚上能聽見隔壁房間電視和説話聲，有的房型還能聽到高鐵聲音。另外送的湯泉票衹能入住期間一次性進出，希望以後能讓住店客人不限次進出湯泉就更好了。湯泉裏賣吃的不多，可以付費買煮麪和餛飩烤腸之類。另外建議配幾個免費的茶包速溶咖啡。
總之性價比不錯，位置方便。

AAnonymous UserFrom Tangshan east quare railway station, left, turn around the road, go straight to the intersection. Not far, you will find this building located in the corner of the road. The building looks deserted. You can use 1 elevator, press to the 5th floor. In the elevator, it smells bad.
The room is spacious, clean, the room is big but there is no place to hang. The shower water flows not strong. There are large and small towels. Slippers in the bathroom Slippers toothbrushes, toothpaste in a large bottle, soap, soap, shampoo, hair dryer in the room, multiple power outlets. There is a central washing machine available. Nearby there are no shops, restaurants.
