WWeiyidebaobeiThe B&B has a beautiful environment and good service. The customer service informed us of the weather and surrounding attractions in advance, and answered all questions. When I arrived, I found that it was really my husband’s dream love room. There was a small yard with comfort. The door was a great fish pond with fengshui. I didn't expect much from the guesthouse food, but I was completely won over.

· Signature Rice Noodles: The broth is the soul of this dish! It must be a long-simmered rich broth, sour, spicy, and savory. One bowl leaves you feeling incredibly satisfied!
Beyond the food, the guesthouse itself is fantastic. There's a swing that's perfect for photos and a balance toy for kids, who absolutely loved playing with them. It's worth staying a night just for the food!

GGuest UserIt was far beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere throughout the accommodation was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation.
I would like to especially praise the outstanding service from the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Most importantly, he was very attentive and took great care of us. He provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions, and even personally picked us up and dropped us off, something that went well beyond what we expected.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to many popular tourist spots such as OMG Heartbeat Paradise and 瑶琳, making it very convenient and saving us a lot of travel time.
Overall, we feel very lucky to have chosen this place. It was a warm and memorable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation that is excellent, convenient, and offers truly impressive service.

GGuest UserWhat a beautiful hotel! I woke up this morning thinking I was in Switzerland. The service was excellent, from the shuttle bus to the cleaning ladies. Jane, the front desk clerk, was also very helpful, following up on the entire experience from pre-check-in to check-out. The service was warm and thoughtful. The room was stocked with welcome fruit and a cute little bear. I'll definitely choose Conrad again if I visit Tonglu next time.

The hotel environment is great with mountains and water, and the view from the room is also top-notch. The hotel's public area is very large, occupying a hilltop. The children had a lot of fun playing on the lawn. There are also cafes, gyms and swimming pools so they won't be bored. The next day I went to OMG Heartbeat Park, which is not far from the hotel by car for about 20 minutes. I recommend it.

In terms of location, it is not too close to major attractions, but the service, environment, facilities and other aspects are pretty good. Free golf trials, free dance mats, table tennis, swimming and billiards are all available. The children are still not satisfied. The hotel is 14 years old but the room facilities are well maintained. The balcony facing the mountain is very comfortable. The resort environment is quiet and suitable for travelers away from the troubled world. It is not convenient to go out for dinner or order takeout, but the hotel's own restaurant is also delicious, especially the self-service hot pot on weekend nights is very cost-effective. The housekeeper He Enting is also very polite and helped to delay the check-out. Overall, it is highly recommended. Both adults and children have a good time.
