The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the room is large, clean and tidy. There is a large parking lot at the door, which is very convenient. The children had a great time playing with the boss's twin sisters. There are two good-tempered puppies in the yard who are very cute. I will choose to stay here next time.

Guest UserWe stayed a couple of days and it has been an amazing experience. This is a very authentic homestay where you are treated like proper guests by a local family. Despite the language barrier, they have done anything possible to help us enjoy our stay. This included offering us to join their family gathering, upgrading our room for free and suggesting us an amazing local restaurant (actually driving us and helping us to spot the vegetarian dishes as it can be challenging in China). On top of the amazing hospitality the rooms were lovely and spotless clean and the common areas are very enjoyable! 10 out of 10!

Guest UserOn the hottest day in Urumqi, our first stop was Nanshan. Except for the heat and the small space, everything else was very good. It was better than the city in any way. The air is fresh and the room can see the distant mountains. The B&B has the feel of Xiamen Gulangyu Carambola Courtyard. It is very warm. The kitten is so cute. The landlady and Xiao Chen are very nice. The food provided is very good and clean, especially the noodles. Qi Zi tastes very much like the soup and rice we had when I was a kid. The mutton skewers and glutinous rice are also delicious. The lady boss recommended places for travel and fun, which is very practical. There is a market at the door, and you can catch ”A Date with Kunlun” on weekends. You can book tickets at the B&B and get discounts. Although I don't have time, I will definitely check it out next time I have a chance. It is close to Tianshan Grand Canyon and Miaoergou, so you can give priority to it. Nanshan Ranch is also good, and you can see many eagles flying at low altitude.

This is the best hotel in Wuxian. It is very suitable for people who pursue freedom and come to solotrip. Here you will meet great partners. Whether it is the little sister and brother of the hotel or the roommate, it is very kind, gentle and friendly. Helpful, it is the sweetest memory of my trip. The bathroom is very clean. And it can be said that this place is the most design. The atmosphere is very warm and free, there is coffee, and it is very cowboy atmosphere. You can make an appointment for horse riding activities, and the uncle will take some beautiful places. 10 minutes by taxi from the snow field

The boss is very handsome, because I took my family to Nanshan to play, there are many people, the boss specially sent breakfast, the yard environment is very nice, the boss is also very clean, the morning will be freshly ground, coffee. If you are too tired to go to Nanshan to play, you don't want to go back to Urumqi, it is highly recommended to try this one. Breakfast is also a good point for the boss to give everyone.

Our stay at Maowo Inn was a pleasant surprise, prompted by our trip to Urumqi Silk Road International Ski Resort in Xinjiang with our child. Although it's an inn, it's designed and equipped like a hotel. Our 4-day, 3-night stay exceeded our expectations.
**Service:** First and foremost, we were deeply touched by the warm, friendly, and sincere hospitality of the owner and his wife. The owner's wife, in particular, was very personable. Any questions we had were promptly answered and resolved. During check-in, she patiently explained the room temperature (offering extra blankets if it felt cold at night), how to preheat the electric water heater and its usage tips, and the shuttle service to the ski resort. Our large luggage was brought up by a lift and carried to our room, making us feel like family.
**Facilities:** The room was spacious and bright, well-equipped with a TV, floor heating, an electric water heater, and a luggage lift. The heating was ample and comfortable, and hot water was available all day. During the day, the sunlight streaming through the window made the room bright and warm. The view outside the window was beautiful, offering sights of Aiwenda Road, Feichangdao, and Xuanzangdao. At night, the twinkling lights of Aiwenda Road were especially captivating, which was why we chose a scenic twin room. Additionally, my child loved the corridor design, reminiscent of scenes from Harry Potter movies, and the environment was quiet.
**Hygiene:** The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily. On our first day, the owner let us choose between two rooms, and we picked the one with a tatami bed, mainly drawn by the carpet with Xinjiang elements.
**Breakfast:** Breakfast was not included when we booked online, but upon arrival, the owner surprised us with free breakfast vouchers. Breakfast offered milk tea, boiled eggs, millet (or corn) and red date porridge, steamed buns, stir-fried dishes, and cold salads. It was simple yet energizing, meeting our basic needs.
**Location:** The inn is very close to the ski resort. The visitor center is divided into East and West zones, and it's convenient whether you drive or walk. When we visited, the East zone was open, and the inn provided a shuttle service, taking about 5-6 minutes by car or 10-odd minutes on foot. Although the West zone wasn't open, it would be about a 5-minute walk. While the child was skiing, adults could enjoy a walk, soak up the sun, breathe fresh air, and get some exercise.
Upon leaving, the owner kindly helped us with our luggage downstairs. Many thanks! We'll definitely stay at Maowo Inn again if we have the chance.

I went to Nanshan with friends for a summer getaway this weekend and chose Shanyuanju Homestay. The experience was absolutely fantastic!
The homestay is decorated in a traditional Chinese style, with wooden doors and windows, and elegant furnishings. Every detail exudes a strong Chinese charm. Stepping inside felt like stepping into the residence of an ancient scholar, instantly calming my mind. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a very peaceful stay.
What surprised me most was that the homestay had a kitchen. My friends and I bought groceries and cooked hot pot together in the courtyard. Sitting around the table, enjoying the food we had prepared ourselves, chatting and laughing, we savored the leisurely time – it was truly delightful.
Here, I not only experienced a comfortable stay but also gained unforgettable and joyful memories. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance!

The decoration and facilities are old. It should be considered a luxury decoration decades ago. There is no mineral water. But it is really quite big. 😂 It is worth the price.
