1、房間這個窗簾能否換個遮光的？完全不遮光
2、隔音非常差，指的是樓上樓下的聲音，樓上感覺上廁所沖水的聲音還有水流的聲音特別大，感覺就像在自己房間上廁所沖廁所一樣，一晚上沒睡着
3、浴室和馬桶未乾濕分離，洗個澡馬桶那邊地上全是水，第二天都沒幹，上個廁所拖鞋打濕完

Guest UserThis trip is worth the hotel! Must focus on the service attitude of the front desk, it is impeccable! When I arrived at the store, it coincided with the peak period. The front desk staff was still patient and efficient. At the same time, they also took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and inform the elevator location. The whole process was gentle and meticulous, which made people instantly unload the fatigue of the journey. Extra toiletries are needed temporarily during the stay. After calling, the staff will quickly send it to the room and ask if there are other needs. The hotel's hardware facilities are great, but the warm heart service at the front desk is the biggest highlight. Sincere and thoughtful, I highly recommend it to everyone!

This is the last night of our Shaanxi tour. I wanted to end perfectly, but unfortunately it was not perfect. The sanitary conditions and surrounding room facilities of this hotel are also said in the past. Parking is very convenient for large parking. The most annoying thing is that the front desk clerk (a woman around 50 years old) has a very bad attitude. She asks her breakfast location and time. She doesn't lift her head (bury her head to look at the phone). There is a breakfast coupon. Waif is even connected and opens the TV. There is no polite language. Damage to the image of the hotel.
