Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff, and the food is especially delicious. I'll definitely order breakfast from them again next time. Overall, they put a lot of effort into the service, leaving a lasting impression. They handled everything efficiently and without any hassle, and the staff proactively inquired about our needs.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering unexpectedly stunning views of rolling hills and the river below. The room was well-equipped, spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. All the staff were incredibly warm and attentive – truly excellent service!

We had the top floor apartment with 3 bedrooms. Brand new and very comfortable. The projector was great. Heater worked fine ; Beddings and all very comfy! No elevator but the staff helped us out with our luggage. Breakfast in a near by Chinese (simple) restaurant. Yummy dumpling soup. Great walk close by to Ganhaizi (about 1 hour + to get on the top of the mountain- mostly stairs) rewarded by a beautiful view.

This place is truly excellent: the rooms are spacious and bright; dining is convenient, with a delicious restaurant downstairs that's also very clean; the mattresses are comfortable and the water pressure is stable; the location is convenient for transportation, and the facilities are complete and the rooms are clean; the hot water is particularly good. The owner is incredibly welcoming and even gave us some fruit from their own garden, which we could also pick ourselves – a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

I booked my accommodation with them for 2 nights and their service is excellent. If you don't mind, they provide everything needed: towel, bath robes, disposable face towels, disposable toilet seat covers, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, shower foam, shaver, bathroom slippers and many more. You just need to bring your change of clothes. 3 meals are also provided with my package: buffet breakfast, lunch (either packed rice or sandwich or rice ball) and homecooked dishes for dinner. If you are a vegetarian, you can also request for a vegetarian meal. They were very nice to pick me up from the ticketing service centre back to the hostel, and then from the hostel to panda base on my first day there. After your visit, you just need to text them to arrange for the return trip to the hostel. The food is also filling and delicious. I met a lot of Fubao fans there who are very hospitable and the atmosphere is just like a family. I received a lot of gifts from them, as well as from the hostel owner. I will definitely go back and stay with them again when I visit Fubao at Shenshuping.

The nights were exceptionally quiet, with only the sounds of insects and the wind, ensuring a superb sleep. Service: 💯 The staff were friendly and attentive, not overly intrusive, but always there when needed. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality. Dining: 🍲🍚 The food was delicious! The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are homely yet refined, especially the local seasonal dishes, which are unforgettable. I stayed at the Wolong Colorful Forest Festival, and my usual place was fully booked. This was my first time staying at this place, which I randomly chose on Ctrip. To be honest, I was a little disappointed when I arrived, as it wasn't what I expected. However, after checking in, I found it very quiet. I thought the tents weren't soundproof, and the only sound was the rushing river, but I slept soundly that night. I didn't hear anyone talking or shouting in the morning either. What touched me most was the owner's service—so genuine and down-to-earth! I felt incredibly safe! It felt like going back to my village, you know what I mean, haha! On the third day, when we went to see the pandas, the owner helped us buy the tickets and gave them to us before we went to the panda base. If you're going to the panda base, you should stay here; it's so close! Just a few minutes' walk! Plus, the owner offers special discounts on tickets, especially if you buy them a day in advance! Here's the important part: After seeing the pandas, my car tire suddenly went flat. I drove straight to the hotel, but the repair shop was too far. I told the owner, and despite being very busy, he actually found one of his friends in the public sector to rush over and quickly change the tire. A bus driver initially offered 50 yuan to change it, but the owner said it wasn't necessary and called his friend. The owner was incredibly busy, as this is probably the busiest time of year. I was truly touched. Next time I'm in Wolong, I'll definitely come back to support the owner and bring my kids here for a summer getaway. Thank you again for your help! Grateful!

The location of the villa is great! It’s just opposite Shenshuping Panda Centre, it took me only 3mins to walk over. They have the essential amenities as well! Breakfast is inclusive during my stay but the bonus of this villa is that they have a cafeteria which provides lunch & dinner, I understand some other places do not so it can be inconvenient. I noticed that some of the guests even ordered bento lunch so they can have it in Shenshuping, just ask any one of the staff in advance. One of the nights, I think there was a family who checked in. Their children were making lots of noise, I could hear the staff telling them to tone down their voices. I appreciated, it is very considerate of them as I was about to plug in earplugs they have provided. The weather at this period is relatively quite comfortable, I was afraid it was going to be hot since there are reviews saying there’s no air conditioning. But it was cooling and even cold at night that I have to switch on the heater in one of the nights. The most enjoyable part is that staff are very friendly and easy going, they really made me feel at home. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

After finishing my work in the west on the weekend, I decided to continue walking west. I accidentally found this hotel. I arrived alone in the rain and darkness. It turns out that as seen in all the reviews, the boss is very nice (enthusiastic, thoughtful, and does everything for the guests. Consider...), the room is clean and tidy (the availability of disposable hygiene products is definitely a plus), the food is clean and tastes good, it really feels like going home. Picture 1 is dinner, I only ordered shredded pork with green peppers, the other items were given by the landlady (every table really has a variety of gifts), and there are also steamed buns made by the landlady herself that are not shown in the picture; Picture 4 is breakfast, all reservations are made Includes breakfast for two. Because I was alone, the landlady looked at the weather and recommended what to do... I was so worried~ Due to time constraints, I wandered around Ganhaizi nearby, but I made an agreement with the landlady to take my family there in late autumn and come to her house. This one is really highly recommended!

The location is good, the facilities are new, the environment is comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, and the owner is very welcoming. I encountered two problems during my stay: First, the hot water was unstable when showering at night, essentially resulting in a cold shower. The owner said it was because the water heater had tripped and they forgot to turn it back on. Second, the water from the tap was cloudy (see picture), but became clear again after half a minute. The owner explained that this was due to the spring water undergoing multiple filtration processes. These are just facts and not for discussion. Based on my personal experience, I'm deducting 0.5 points. I hope the owner will improve and continue to do well.
