The hotel service was excellent! We had a wonderful experience. My family and I were in Aksu for some business, and we booked a triple room. It was very economical and affordable, with grand and tasteful decor – no unnecessary clutter. On our second day, we couldn't make it back in time for check-out, so I called the front desk. The lady I spoke to was incredibly sweet and didn't insist we had to be back by a certain time; she just said we could check out when we returned. One of the core elements of a good hotel is its service, and it truly was superb! A big thank you to the lovely lady at the front desk! The owner was also very kind.
