RRAPRAP88810 out of 5 stars! A very clean, modern and well-equipped accommodation that can rival other hotels in the same price range. First of all, the place is extremely clean with beautiful traditional Chinese wood interiors and furniture. Each room has its own theme with a specific type of wood used as its furnishings. But the big surprise is that the bath is equipped with a smart toilet! This alone beats so many other hotels and already earns itself plus points. The bathroom door, shower and lavatory cabinet are made of stainless material. All very clean and well maintained. There are many restaurants serving Chinese food within the vicinity, with a lot of them also selling tea and raw honey. If you need to drink coffee, you'll have to walk to the cafe situated in the parking lot/bus stop that is around 3 minutes away. Dalongqiu entrance is a minute walk away which is extremely convenient. Hotel service is excellent. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance to go back.

The hotel is situated in the bustling Wuma Street area, surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. If you're visiting Wenzhou for its local specialty foods, staying here will definitely satisfy your culinary cravings. Getting around this central district is also incredibly convenient; public transport or taxis are readily available for both nearby and distant attractions. What truly left the deepest impression was the hotel's comprehensive service, living up to its 'All-Weather' name. I was genuinely surprised that the front desk staff proactively helped with my luggage, both at check-in and check-out, even carrying it directly to my car. After receiving my room card, they escorted me all the way to my room – this level of service far surpasses many high-end star-rated hotels! The guest rooms boast a simple yet modern design, with smart voice control keeping up with current trends. Despite the compact space, it's thoughtfully equipped with amenities like a massage chair, air purifier, and a mini-fridge, making it incredibly good value for money at this price point! The hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety, including local specialties like glutinous rice, rice noodles, and fish cakes. The lunch light meals, afternoon tea, and readily available snacks like roasted sweet potatoes and cold drinks are also a major highlight, leaving a lasting impression of genuine hospitality.

GGuest UserThis hotel deserves full marks in every aspect. The butler contacted me in advance and arranged everything I needed, which was incredibly reassuring. I didn't have to worry about a single thing regarding my stay. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were all quite good-looking too! The hotel's location is excellent, with a great surrounding environment, including Impressions City, museums, and science and technology museums nearby. You can hail a taxi directly to the lobby, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. During the May Day holiday, the hotel even had activities that kids loved, like blind box unboxing, fan making, and making traditional Chinese medicine sachets – we were very satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Wenzhou's local snacks, allowing us to try all the popular local delicacies in one go, and the taste was fantastic. The dishes at the Seasons Pavilion Chinese Restaurant were also excellent; I personally think they're better than most restaurants found in integrated shopping complexes. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

GGuest User✨ Great Hotel Review (Short Version) I came to Wenzhou for eye surgery and saw this was a newly opened hotel, so I stayed for 2 nights. The experience was so good, I just had to leave a review. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic: it's super close to Jingguang Pagoda and Songtai Park, and also Wuma Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the old city. You can even see the pagoda from your window, which really sets the mood! The room is very comfortable: newly renovated with a modern style, clean and tidy. The bedding is soft, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the smart toilet is very convenient to use. Attention to detail is a bonus: the room comes with a tea set, and it's so pleasant to brew a pot of tea in the evening while enjoying the mountain view. The overall experience was superb. Special shout-out to: The hotel's front desk staff, both the young men and women, who reminded me to watch my step every time I entered or left. Also, the housekeeping staff were polite and enthusiastic whenever I saw them. The service was incredibly thoughtful, making me feel right at home. 👍👍 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wenzhou.

GGuest UserThe location is good and theres a small mall nearby that has all the basic services so its really convenient. Room is fairly spacious and comfortable with everything that i needed. What really stands out to me is the level of service here, as a solo traveller that doesnt have a itinerary, i asked the front desk for advice as usual and one of the staff ”Cola” was nice enough to offer to take me out on his off day. He drove us to a recommended venue that has a yearly festival happening and even paid for the snacks that we got. I felt under the weather the following day and he also got me a ginger tea that i requested as well as offered to bring me to the hospital or get some local remedy for my ailment. We went out for dinner several times including some of the lady staffs and had a great time. Really enjoyed my stay here and i even extended by a week due to his impeccable service. I have never had such an amazing service even when i travelled to other cities in China or other countries!

VVivian12300Service: The front desk staff, a young man with glasses, was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! The cleaning ladies on the floors were also very friendly. Thumbs up! Hygiene: I found a foreign object, a piece of paper (not sure where it came from), in my breakfast rice noodles. The restaurant manager didn't explain what it was and just took it away, only offering to recook the noodles or provide wontons instead. This was a really bad experience and instantly ruined my appetite. The picture shows the elevator when I was checking out. As a mid-to-high-end hotel, the inspection hatch in the elevator shouldn't be left open like that. Given that the price increased by about 50% during the event (my booking price was 1166 RMB), the hotel should at least provide the basic hygiene and safety that a 600-700 RMB hotel would offer, instead of just raising prices and failing to deliver even basic hygiene and safety guarantees. Additional: This Marriott executive king room only provides two bottles of mineral water. It's the stingiest Marriott I've ever stayed in! The mini-fridge was completely empty. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you have to contact staff just to use amenities.

BBiju Varghese israthis is a very good hotel in wenzho near airport. just 2.5 km away. hotel provide a very good picup service and drop off in the airport free of cost. it was a nice experience. they send car exclusively for me. they can speak English a little. it is so helpful for me. When I checked in the hotel i realised that the hotel reception people and others are so cooperative and helping minded guys. . the room are very neat and clean. all required amenities are available in the room. different types of foods are available by the next building.many restaurants are available nearby. i stayed one day in this hotel. i recommend this hotel to business travelers and family also solo travelers. i feel very safe and secure...and they take care well . cost is very less compared to other in this 3 Star hotel. i appreciate the management and staff for they make my stay so memorable. thank you all of you the group members. my next wenzhou Trip.. definitely i will stay again here. 100% value of money too

GGuest UserThe best: incredibly helpful staff and impeccable cleanliness The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective. Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.
