Guest UserI was really impressed by the Wenzhou All-Weather Hotel (Shamiao Street Branch) during my business trip to Wenzhou! My overall stay was perfect, and the thoughtful details made me want to keep coming back. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Wenzhou!
As soon as I entered the room, the ambiance was incredible. The smart voice control for the entire room was so convenient – turning lights on and off, and opening and closing curtains with just my voice. It felt very high-tech, making for a relaxing and healing stay. The room amenities were truly well-thought-out, equipped with a smart toilet, full-body massage chair, and heated towel rack. The quality was top-notch, allowing me to completely unwind after a long day. The comfort level was simply off the charts.
The detailed service really hit home! All toiletries were provided, and the mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary water and snacks, all-you-can-eat and drink with no limits. The value for money was excellent. In the evening, I could even cast my phone to the TV while lying in bed, enjoying TV shows and movies – the perfect cozy vibe.
I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's concierge service! They were incredibly attentive throughout my stay, always available to help with any questions, responding super fast, and always with a gentle and patient attitude. Not only did they promptly resolve any check-in issues, but they also genuinely recommended authentic local eateries and attractions, helping me avoid tourist traps and truly immerse myself in the vibrant local life of Wenzhou.
The hotel facilities are also super comprehensive. The second floor has a free self-service laundry room and a fitness center, which is a real lifesaver for guests staying for multiple nights or on business trips! No need to bring your own toiletries or go out for laundry – all essential travel and accommodation needs are met, making it incredibly practical.
The location is also a big plus, making getting around very convenient. It's about a 40-minute taxi ride from the train station and 50 minutes from the airport. Transportation to Wenzhou's major popular attractions is smooth, and there are many unique local restaurants around the hotel, so you can easily try authentic local flavors right outside.
My biggest takeaway from the entire stay is that this hotel isn't just a place to sleep; they truly put their heart into providing excellent service! From smart devices and complimentary thoughtful amenities to the meticulous concierge service, every detail made me feel incredibly comfortable. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Wenzhou – it's a guaranteed good experience and incredibly soothing!

This hotel deserves full marks in every aspect. The butler contacted me in advance and arranged everything I needed, which was incredibly reassuring. I didn't have to worry about a single thing regarding my stay. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were all quite good-looking too! The hotel's location is excellent, with a great surrounding environment, including Impressions City, museums, and science and technology museums nearby. You can hail a taxi directly to the lobby, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. During the May Day holiday, the hotel even had activities that kids loved, like blind box unboxing, fan making, and making traditional Chinese medicine sachets – we were very satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Wenzhou's local snacks, allowing us to try all the popular local delicacies in one go, and the taste was fantastic. The dishes at the Seasons Pavilion Chinese Restaurant were also excellent; I personally think they're better than most restaurants found in integrated shopping complexes. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe location is pretty good, quite close to Wuma Street. The walking distance is acceptable. There's a temple right across from the hotel. The hotel itself is still quite new and looks clean, though I did notice some trash and opened toiletries boxes from previous guests under the sink when I squatted down. After checking in, I found there were only a few tissues left in the box, and they ran out quickly. I called the front desk to ask for more, and a robot promptly delivered two boxes of tissues, two rolls of toilet paper, several bottles of mineral water, and even slippers. The service was timely. The only downsides are the steps at the hotel entrance and again from the lobby up to the elevators, which isn't very convenient if you have a lot of luggage, a stroller, and a child.

Highly recommended hotel! Apart from a slight hassle with parking, everything else – from the facilities to the services – was impeccable. It was an excellent value for money experience. I highly recommend it as a top choice; the value for money definitely beats anything else in the area.

Very good, convenient, there is a problem, when we left the store, we insisted that we moved the outer packaging of the condom, we must buy it for 30 yuan... This kind of thing customers can't prove themselves... So leave a certificate here, if. There is also the same situation in other homes, it means that there is greasy, resolutely defend rights

deiris11The hotel's proximity to the South Railway Station is a plus. We booked a twin room, and a heads-up for business travelers sharing a room with a colleague: there's no door to the toilet, which can be awkward when changing after a shower. The frontline staff were alright. However, it seems the hotel and management are more interested in making money! I was traveling with two adults and two children (one 1.45m tall, one 1.25m tall) and booked for three nights. I asked if breakfast could be complimentary for the children. Initially, the staff said the taller child would be considered an adult, as anyone over 1.4m is charged 72, and children over 1.1m are 36. They offered one complimentary breakfast for the older child, and I'd pay 36 for the younger one on-site. I was fine with that, but upon reconfirming, I was told the 'complimentary' breakfast for the older child was only for one day. I asked the dark-skinned, slim, glasses-wearing male manager at the lobby why, despite staying for three days, only one day's breakfast for one child was complimentary. He said the hotel's authorization was only for one day and that for the other two days, they could only offer me some bread and drinks. I felt brushed off and certainly didn't feel like the hotel appreciated my three-night stay.

Vivian12300Service: The front desk staff, a young man with glasses, was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up!
The cleaning ladies on the floors were also very friendly. Thumbs up!
Hygiene: I found a foreign object, a piece of paper (not sure where it came from), in my breakfast rice noodles. The restaurant manager didn't explain what it was and just took it away, only offering to recook the noodles or provide wontons instead. This was a really bad experience and instantly ruined my appetite.
The picture shows the elevator when I was checking out. As a mid-to-high-end hotel, the inspection hatch in the elevator shouldn't be left open like that.
Given that the price increased by about 50% during the event (my booking price was 1166 RMB), the hotel should at least provide the basic hygiene and safety that a 600-700 RMB hotel would offer, instead of just raising prices and failing to deliver even basic hygiene and safety guarantees.
Additional: This Marriott executive king room only provides two bottles of mineral water. It's the stingiest Marriott I've ever stayed in! The mini-fridge was completely empty. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you have to contact staff just to use amenities.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was crisp white, and even the bathroom was pristine. There was absolutely no odor upon arrival, and even mysophobes couldn't find fault. The room amenities were incredibly user-friendly, with curtains that blocked out any light, allowing for a sound sleep even in the bright sunshine. The bathroom also had separate wet and dry areas. The front desk was incredibly efficient, checking me in in just 3 minutes and even offering a room upgrade. The staff were warm and welcoming, proactively recommending nearby restaurants, truly making you feel at home. 🏨 This thoughtful and attentive stay was truly a perfect experience! This meticulous care makes you want to stay again! Highly recommended!
