SStephLiAn amazing hidden family-managed courtyard located at immediate distance from Dalongqiu Scenari Area. The service was amazing, very warm and attentive to our requests. Upgraded freely by the management in a big room given a direct view in the landscape of Yandangshan. Room was ready before the check-in time, and completely clean and impeccable, with a strong emphasis on the traditional Chinese design. Special mention to the two lovely managers who gave their best throughout our stay: advices, gifts, and always helping with a smile. Breakfast was atypical yet yummy. Icing on the cake - they also managed our departure from the hotel to the train station at their expenses. Stayed for 1 night, but wish we could stay longer. Needless to say - absolutely recommended place and will share it around me.

GGuest UserThis hotel really exceeded my expectations. Last time I was in Wenzhou in March, I stayed at Atour Wuma Street, and the environment wasn't ideal, so I decided to try somewhere new this time. I booked this All-Day hotel and was incredibly impressed by their service. The room facilities and layout were exactly as described online, and it's super convenient to get to all the attractions by taxi. Every day, they offer welcome fruit, free roasted sweet potatoes, and small snacks, as well as cold drinks. The hotel also thoughtfully provides foot soaking tubs and various daily necessities, which made us feel incredibly warm and cared for as travelers. It's definitely a place I'd recommend.

GGuest UserThis hotel deserves full marks in every aspect. The butler contacted me in advance and arranged everything I needed, which was incredibly reassuring. I didn't have to worry about a single thing regarding my stay. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with any request. Their professionalism was outstanding, and they were all quite good-looking too! The hotel's location is excellent, with a great surrounding environment, including Impressions City, museums, and science and technology museums nearby. You can hail a taxi directly to the lobby, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. During the May Day holiday, the hotel even had activities that kids loved, like blind box unboxing, fan making, and making traditional Chinese medicine sachets – we were very satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Wenzhou's local snacks, allowing us to try all the popular local delicacies in one go, and the taste was fantastic. The dishes at the Seasons Pavilion Chinese Restaurant were also excellent; I personally think they're better than most restaurants found in integrated shopping complexes. The price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!

JJinnie S.Staffs are very good. They are very helpful and service minded. The room is very clean but the toilet's door is transparent. The location is near to Longwan International Airport. It takes around 10-15 mins to the airport. Hotel is a bit far from restaurants. There is vending machine in the lobby. You can find some beverage and instant noodles.

GGuest UserThe location is pretty good, quite close to Wuma Street. The walking distance is acceptable. There's a temple right across from the hotel. The hotel itself is still quite new and looks clean, though I did notice some trash and opened toiletries boxes from previous guests under the sink when I squatted down. After checking in, I found there were only a few tissues left in the box, and they ran out quickly. I called the front desk to ask for more, and a robot promptly delivered two boxes of tissues, two rolls of toilet paper, several bottles of mineral water, and even slippers. The service was timely. The only downsides are the steps at the hotel entrance and again from the lobby up to the elevators, which isn't very convenient if you have a lot of luggage, a stroller, and a child.

GGuest UserGreat location, at 20-30 min drive to almost any part of the city. 5 min walk to a shopping center. Impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. Great laundry service. All personnel is very friendly.
Breakfast could have been better, as the food is only Chinese. All 4 days I ate boiled eggs and yoghurt for breakfast. I told the manager that I’m a foreigner, I don’t eat pork and that their kitchen doesn’t know how to make an omelette, also that they could have had more western breakfast options. The reply was that they only make Chinese food and not all foreigners don’t eat pork…. For the information of the hotel management, it is normal to consider Halal food options for visitors, so that they feel welcomed during their stay.

차차오I have to commend Stella at the front desk! Her service was professional and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was super fast, and she was polite and gentle the entire time. She proactively introduced the nearby facilities and patiently answered and resolved all our questions. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease; it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

hotel provide a very good picup service and drop off in the airport free of cost. it was a nice experience. they send car exclusively for me. they can speak English a little. it is so helpful for me.
When I checked in the hotel i realised that the hotel reception people and others are so cooperative and helping minded guys. . the room are very neat and clean. all required amenities are available in the room.
different types of foods are available by the next building.many restaurants are available nearby.
i stayed one day in this hotel. i recommend this hotel to business travelers and family also solo travelers.
i feel very safe and secure...and they take care well . cost is very less compared to other in this 3 Star hotel. i appreciate the management and staff for they make my stay so memorable. thank you all of you the group members. my next wenzhou Trip.. definitely i will stay again here. 100% value of money too

GGuest UserThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was crisp white, and even the bathroom was pristine. There was absolutely no odor upon arrival, and even mysophobes couldn't find fault. The room amenities were incredibly user-friendly, with curtains that blocked out any light, allowing for a sound sleep even in the bright sunshine. The bathroom also had separate wet and dry areas. The front desk was incredibly efficient, checking me in in just 3 minutes and even offering a room upgrade. The staff were warm and welcoming, proactively recommending nearby restaurants, truly making you feel at home. 🏨 This thoughtful and attentive stay was truly a perfect experience! This meticulous care makes you want to stay again! Highly recommended!
