位置還不錯，周圍交通很方便。酒店對面就有個公園，早上出去空氣很好。
旁邊小吃多要排隊，買東西也方便。
前台小姐姐服務態度很好，有問必答
衞生總體而言還是比較好的，雖然房間小了一點，但價格在哪裡，要啥自行車
晚上吃了飯去步行街玩了一下，也很近。第二天想去江心嶼的，酒店前台小姐姐説也很近，可惜下雨了。衹能等下次再來了
下次來還住這裏。

衞生不錯衞生不錯，大姐服務態度好。
前台服務好，性價比高，離火車站近交通方便，裝修比較久設施還好。值得推薦。

這房間太小了，硬是把大標房用輕鋼龍骨加石膠板分隔成二個單人間，又把最小的單人間放了兩張單人床，就腰身一變變成標間，隔音太差太差，隔壁泡個茶都聽了一清二楚，太差了。

廁所被人使用過沒清洗！還可以看到尿漬。行李箱放到的時候還看到超級多蜘蛛網，仔細觀察了一下很多角落都是蜘蛛網。而且沒有吹風機！！！

第一次來温州旅遊，訂了個經濟型商務賓館，老闆及前台服務都很熱情、温馨、周到。價格也比較親民。地理位置在市中心商業街附近，吃喝購物也很方便。下次來還會選擇這個賓館。

隔音很差，空調一直咔咔響，除此之外沒有什麼太大的槽點。樓下就是老楊飯糰，地理位置還行。要穿過公園才能到公車站
