"Facilities: Very good, exceeded expectations. The furniture and decor are excellent, and the rooms are spacious. Disposable towels and bath towels are provided, and the amenities are comprehensive. Particularly noteworthy is the laundry room, which has an iron, lint roller, and lint remover – all very useful.

KuailechangxiangzhilvNo window room, the room smells bad; there are cigarette butts in the ashtray in front of the bed. The accommodation needs to be deposited. This is the first time I encountered such a situation when I placed an order in Trip.com .

Guest User酒店外觀很大氣，房間也很智能，整體感覺很一般，服務人員多，但是沒什麼服務。一、讓安排樓層高點，前台説衹有三樓，好吧，接過房卡一看，安排的二樓，很無語；二、定的豪華雙床房，我在前台説過訂的是豪華的，但是住進去的，絕對是普通雙床房，太晚了，不想折騰了；3、衞生間面盆很雞肋，面盆小，水龍頭大，還是固定的，洗個臉都能撞上；4、衣櫃的掛衣桿，不都應該是橫在衣櫃裏面嗎？怎麼就是豎在裏面的，沒有便利性可言。
