This stay was great! The environment overall looked very clean and comfortable, and I really liked the room's layout. I especially loved the smart voice-activated Tmall Genie in the room; I could just lie in bed and tell it to turn off the lights or close the curtains without having to get up. The room was also cleaned very thoroughly by the housekeeping staff, and I slept incredibly well. Highly, highly recommend!

The hotel is very close to the railway station and the exit of the high-speed station. Living here with large French windows, the view is good and the room is clean and sanitary.

Room was fine, although I would expect bottles of water to be provided in a proper city hotel like this. Room was a little dark with one of the lights not working, but hot water in the bathroom was instant which was good. The heating system wasn’t very strong, but I was never too hot or cold

酒店位置很絕，在天問站下索道後，乘坐接駁車到山背梯田星空酒店；可能國慶人流量大，服務跟不上來，儘管酒店飯菜味道不錯，但不提前預訂需要等一個多小時才能吃上；酒店打掃衞生也不及時，也不及時補充飲用水，房間內還會出現一些蟲子；特別是衞生間沒有換氣設備，比較無語。但是景觀房外面就太美了，運氣好還能看見雲海。
