"I carefully selected and booked Ningsiujv Hotel on Trip.com. As soon as we arrived, the security guard greeted us with a smile and helped us with our luggage. The friendly front desk staff immediately dispelled our travel fatigue during check-in. The hotel itself is simply and stylishly decorated, smart, well-equipped, and very clean. The bedding was comfortable, and amenities like parking, dining, relaxation areas, and laundry were all very convenient. What's more, it's just a stone's throw from Guoyu Ancient City; you can even see the city wall from your room, and the view is beautiful. I especially want to commend Manager Li from the hotel lobby. She is very professional, warm, and thoughtful with guests, understanding their difficulties and proactively helping to solve problems. As an older solo traveler, I encountered many issues with local directions and online ticket purchases, and Manager Li helped me with every single one. When we checked out, she was worried we might take the wrong bus, so she personally drove us to the station and helped us buy tickets online. We were incredibly touched! In summary, although our stay was brief, we felt a deep sense of warmth, just like being at home. A big thank you again to Manager Li.
