近胖東來高性價比之選，安靜愜意性價比拉滿 這次為逛胖東來入住禹州璞隱酒店，整體體驗還不錯，酒店位置比較好，離胖東來很近，採購完步行就能回，省去奔波煩惱，價格相比周邊同類型酒店優勢明顯，性價比直接拉滿。 入住流程順暢高效，大堂公共空間寬敞雅緻，設有專門的品茶區域，門口的搖籃上還偶遇一衹慵懶休憩的小貓，瞬間消解旅途疲憊，氛圍感十足。客房樓層格外安靜，隔音材料效果出眾，幾乎聽不到外界聲響，晚上睡覺安穩舒適，完全沒有打擾，這一點對睡眠敏感的人太友好了。 自駕出行也很便利，停車場雖距酒店200多米，但可直接開到門口，將鑰匙交給泊車師傅代停，取車衹需提前10分鐘告知前台，服務貼心省心。 美中不足的是細節有待提升：衞生間空間偏小，淋浴出水口有銹跡，床單存在較明顯破損，衞生紙僅夠即時使用，未配備備用捲紙（雖可聯繫客房送，但提前準備會更貼心），窗户也缺少紗窗。整體而言，拋開這些小瑕疵，酒店的位置、性價比、安靜度和基礎服務都很能打，非常適合來胖東來的遊客，希望後續能優化細節，體驗會更完美！

一個酒店如果天天沒有瑣事，沒有受到顧客或者各方的評價反饋，那麼他會忘本的，它會忘了它是個服務行業。在這個酒店住了三年了，從來都是好評，今天是第一次差評，毫不誇張的説，我是花了兩三個w寫的這個差評。近一年來發現越來越沒有服務了，其實我們顧客並沒有要求什麼繁瑣的服務，而是作為酒店最基本的服務，對顧客説話的態度，對於顧客反饋的事情進展，就比如説我跟你某個工作人員諮詢事情你説話特別不客氣，或者愛答不理。就比如顧客像酒店反饋房間有什麼故障，或者設施有什麼問題，得不到反饋，得不到重視，沒有及時跟進處理，我不知道這是管理層指揮不動還是説工作人員沒有執行力。還有很多，算了，也不想説了，在這酒店睡最後一天。在這酒店花幾個w也挺有感情了，多少個前台服務人員新老交替都是我看着的，打心底裏有點兒恨鐵不成鋼了。
