The room was incredibly clean, tidy and comfortable. Nicely located between the gaoyi national park and the dongjianghu tourist area. The service was exceptional. The owner drove me 3km to a wonderful place to get some food, helped me plan travel arrangements for the next part of my journey and also offered to drive me to the bus terminal. By far the best service and accommodation I have had in my 2 week tour of China. Highly recommend

This hotel wasn't very crowded, and I'm so grateful to the owner for the free upgrade – it really enhanced our experience! The room was clean, the toiletries were high-quality, and there was a large screen TV. The butler service was very thoughtful, definitely a bonus! They even helped with our luggage! The common area on the first basement level was warmly decorated, and the back door on that level opens right onto the riverside, making for a great environment. If I ever go to Chenzhou or Zixing again, I'll definitely choose Zide!

For our first night driving through Chenzhou, we chose this guesthouse inside the scenic area. You can drive right to the guesthouse entrance, and the staff will help you with your luggage upstairs. The view upon entering was stunning, overlooking the Xiaodong River; the emerald green water instantly soothed the fatigue of the long drive. The room was very clean and fully equipped, with disposable cups, toilet seat covers, and face towels – a definite plus. However, because it's inside the scenic area, there aren't many places to eat or shop. But you can order in advance and have the restaurant cook for you; the food is just as good as what you'd find elsewhere. The No. 4 viewing area is only a few hundred meters away, and a short walk down the path you can see fishermen casting their nets. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

If there are two reasons to travel to Zhengzhou, staying in this B&B is one of them. I think the next time my friends or I come here alone, I will definitely choose our B&B again. Although it was booked at the last minute, I am still very satisfied. Maybe it is the off-season now and there are not many people, so there were still rooms available when I went there at the last minute. This stay was fantastic! The room had excellent natural light and was decorated in a very cozy way, making me feel incredibly relaxed in bed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bathroom was spotless with no unpleasant odors. The lady at the front desk is very pretty and has a good service attitude. The whole experience from before check-in to check-out is very good. She will answer any questions and respond to any requests. The environment in the B&B is good, but the outdoor swimming pool may not be open in winter. The hygiene in the room is good. Children can play in the pool, but breakfast has to be eaten somewhere else. It would be better if breakfast could be enjoyed in the B&B. The restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk is also good. Overall, it is good.
