Kyrenia Hotels with Parking

Greeted on arrival and given a room upgrade. Room was lovely & clean. All the staff were welcoming & professional. Reception was very helpful & resolved any issues we had quickly, & professionally. Breakfast & evening meal was very tasty and excellent quality Restaurant staff were cheerful & helpful. Looking forward to going back.

The hotel was generally good, but Bellboy put two bags that weared our bags on top during our entry to the hotel and my bag was broken on the walking stairs. I had to leave the hotel with a broken bag, but I had to leave the hotel two times, both to him and to the reception. I was asking for a solution.

The wedding was said to have not been paid, despite having booked a couple of hotels, and they were waited for a long time, and this was not compensated, unfortunately, for the service sector, we made a shameful situation months ago and the credit card is out of us. proving the situation about 1-1.5 hour later was resolved a very sad situation tragedy (.) 

The rooms in a good hotel center were clean and beautiful. The workers were laughing and respectful. I and my wife were happy to leave.

General environment, general service, general room

Hotel is good, breakfast is delicious, traditional Turkish, quiet, in the room was all necessary, location is convenient, near the road where there are routes on which you can go around the city and near the villages. To the sights of the mountain walk minutes 10-15.

Location and service are good. But the pillow and bed are very uncomfortable. It's within walking distance of the center. The price is good.

Фото не соответствует действительности. На фото вид на море с балкона, по факту прямо за окнами стройка. Это через дорогу. Все 12 дней стройка начиналась в 7 утра. Это просто ужас. Цементная пыль была везде. На балконе слой пыли. Окна грязные, их не моют вообще. Арендодатель обманывает своих гостей, не говорит про стройку, которая идёт с 2023 года, строится отель. Также в квартире разрешено курить, вонь везде. Мы не курим, этот запах окурков никак не выветрился за 12 дней, хоть мы и использовали освежитель воздуха. Кухня: есть все, посуды много, проблем с приготовлением не было. Но!!!! Нет микроволновки, хотя она везде заявлена. Хозяйка отказалась её привезти. Постель: матрацы и подушки хорошие, белье чистое. Пляж рядом только от отеля, вход 1500 турецких лир с человека. Можно купаться с бетонных плит бесплатно. Но лучше ездить на другие пляжи. Арендовали машину через хозяйку квартиры. Также через неё трансфер в аэропорт.
