Breakfast is great, the downside is that it is a bit far from the city center, but take a taxi for 10 euros or take a 50-meter long landratsamt one stop to Friedrichshafen stadt.
There is a big supermarket at the door. The reception was very enthusiastic to help hand over the car and store the luggage.
That's pretty good, I think.
