Osnabruck Hotels with Parking

We were very enthusiastic about this hotel. It was very clean, we were very friendly with a hot drink and it was all explained and showed. The room was excellent!! It was all present as described. The kitchenette with 2 dishes, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator were top all available. (cafe, tea, sugar, coffee milk ) We felt very well. Thank you!!

Very friendly, helpful welcome. Staff very happy to store my very nice bike, securely and safely. The rooms are extremely well appointed ,very clean and good size. The Hotel is 5 mins walk to centre of town but was very quiet throughout my whole two day stay. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the hotel, the extremely helpful staff and the very good location.

The check in was easy. Furnishings and the amentities were very well and handy. When we entered the room it was not cleaned due to misunderstanding between staff. Sp, we waited for few mins for the room to get it cleaned. There were still some stuff left by the previous guest.

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer frisch renoviert im Nebenhaus sehr schön gestaltet. Hätte nur die Heizung im Witer mindestens im Bad eingeschaltet sein können, so dass es bei der Ankunft um 19h ziehmlich kalt war.

Die Unterkunft ist nagelneu und gemessen am Preis außergewöhnlich großzügig. Besonders begeistert hat mich die im Wohnraum integrierte Küche: so vollständig und durchdacht ausgestattet habe ich es noch nie erlebt. Die Matratze ist sehr hochwertig, und insgesamt war das Zimmer – inklusive Bad mit Dusche und separat gestaltetem Eingangsbereich – „perfekt“ eingerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist exzellent. Der Check-in ist sehr einfach, sobald man das System einmal verstanden hat.

The man at the reception, with his kind, is already in the checkin's way to consider whether you have booked the right hotel for his money. The towels in the bathroom were completely shaved, washed strongly and partly contaminated with hair, response when complaining at the reception ”this can happen once” was inappropriate since an excuse did not come over the lips. The adaptation of furniture to walls, floors and gardens was good. The chickly furnished bathroom can be cleaned quietly more thoroughly, the stream in the shower was strongly stuck by hair, the toilet brush has its slide limit also at the Use tracks reached. In fact, a really good hotel in central location, but the surface cleaning reflects a lack of room control.
