AAnonymous UserThe worker at the check in was very intrusive with his questions. Asking why are we checking in when we’re just living in Regensburg, as if we’re not allowed to stay at a hotel just because we live in Regensburg. Told us there was no parking available anywhere in their hotel so we had to find a parking on the streets which was very hard to find. Room was very clean though.

GGuest UserThis is the first place I have stayed in Europe. When I arrived, I didn’t have the time to stay. But the service staff let us check in early. I want to express my gratitude. It is next to the train station and the ancient city. It will also be there. The location is excellent.

SSimoneWe were very prematurely received and the service was excellent. Better really can't. If we come back to Regensburg, we will definitely come back.
Otherwise note : there is a deep garage and other parking facilities, including loading stations for e-cars. A lift is available, seating options (particularly for smokers interesting) in the outer area, everything top clean and stylishly furnished. Can only recommend 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

玩玩转星球-KevinThe hotel is situated in the outskirts of the city, about 12 minutes drive from the old town.
The rooms are clean and tidy, and the area is quite large.
Breakfast is also very good, because it is a BW diamond card member, the hotel also waived parking fees.
Especially the water flow of the flower sun is very strong, which is very important for bathing.

Les prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas dans notre chambre. Le personnel nous a immédiatement changé.
Le petit soucis concerne le parking: payant à 15 eur la journée mais notre voiture n'y rentrait pas à cause de notre rajout pour les baguages. Il a donc fallu tourner pour trouver une place de parking assez Loin.

GGuest UserRooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant.
They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers.
Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is not in the old town, it is very convenient to drive! The waiter at the front desk was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the attractions and cruise projects in the old town! The room was clean, air-conditioned, breakfast was not rich but not bad!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location if, as in our case, you're going to a concert on the piazza. It was also clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have any towels in the room. And the booking confirmation looked like breakfast was included, but according to the receptionist, it wasn't. And I hadn't realized that it had been a while since I booked the room.
All in all, the stay was really good. Thank you.

GGuest UserBed and comforter were quite comfortable for a good night sleep. Air conditioning was fine.
However, if you don’t own a car, the location is not really good; The hotel is located in an industrial area with many trailers and trucks. The nearest bus stop is situated 10 mins away, so I was pretty anxious to walk to and fro between the bus stop and the hotel, especially when it’s dark. (And the bus comes hourly on weekends.)
For the room: It would have been better, if a kettle was provided.
