뭐뭐니1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst
2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m.
3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car)
4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing.
5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat.
6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes.
7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay.

I took my wife for a long weekend and all the staff was very attentive, friendly making sure your every need was attended to.
The hotel has been refurbished and some areas are still under improvement but all work is carried out discreetly not causing any problems for the guests.
The new decor is spectacular and you can see that no expense has been spared.
We particularly liked the courtyard seated bar area with amazing cocktails and the breakfast was to die for.
We both really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again for our next special treat

Expected better from 4 star hotel room average missing basics like charger by beds.
Breakfast good but complex to get basic breakfast ordered.
Fruits could be better coffee was bad from machine wanted better.

Location is the best! Only 1 block from beach and walking distance to everything.
A few negatives were that there was a strange fishy smell in our room and the toilet button to flush was difficult to flush. Would have liked more towels as well. Washcloth and extra bath towels. Iron didn’t work either. Better coffee options and some bottled water would have been nice too.
Otherwise, would definitely return to this location.

CCicheckaGreat service. The hotel may not be the newest, but nothing is broken. A very well-kept facility. Beautiful gardens of very large sizes. Several pools. Few steps to the beach. As for me, the only minus is the paid swimming pool in the beach bar. Delicious breakfasts, a large selection, everyone will find something for themselves.

GGuest UserGood location, nice up market environment with golf/tennis next door. Great Lake view is worth extra. Only issue is feels like someone thinks they are maximising profit with cheap sheets/towls, unscrewing light bulbs, not providing a few Coffe pods when cleaning, etc…this doesn’t work, a few people don’t come back and all savings lost…otherwise a very nice place with helpful daily staff.

WWEIThe hotel is luxurious and comfortable, the room is large and beautiful, and the bedding is very comfortable. The room has a balcony and you can see the golf course opposite. The breakfast is rich in variety. The overall feeling is very similar to those five-star hotels in Sanya.

GGuest UserOn the site I booked the queen bed - size as we were two and we were a family couple, for us it is very important. But as a result, even the hotel is 5 stars, but on the first and second day we were provided with 2 single beds with separate mattresses, with beds on wheels and moving to different sides. At request to improve or change the room to the right one for us , they just added a fine mattress that didn't solve the problems in general. And the convenience didn't bring and we couldn't sleep normally so it wasn't convenient.

Only thing that needs some improvement is the old locks. They work but are a bit difficult from time to time.
Downstairs is a little cafe with cheap but good food.

GGuest UserWe booked a suite for no more than most hotels charge for a room. This meant we had plenty of space - a lounge area and a small kitchen area (which we didn't really use as we wanted to try the local restaurants).
Cleanliness was faultless.
