GGuest UserDid everything go well, not totally. Faulty lock on patio door and wrong room allocation. But issues were fixed within the hour when highlighted. Shows the professionalism of this hotel. Good central location, quality and size of rooms and main pool area are standouts. Food too a real positive for breakfast and evening meals. Quality again is the word I’d use here. What to say re the staff, superb. Really a pleasant and relaxing stay. Only negative was the Spa area, new charge a little irksome, but area appears to have lost its way, and dress policy not for me. Went once, but not worth a return.

GGuest UserEs wurde mit einem Innenpool und Spa beworben. Ein Innenpool existiert erst gar nicht und die Spa befindet sich nicht im Hotel. Äußerst schade vor allem bei einem Aufenthalt mit Regen

GGuest UserNuestro alojamiento en el Hotel ha sido una experiencia muy agradable. En la recepción estuvieron muy atentos con nosotros. Un 10 para Mustafá. El desayuno muy completo. El personal del comedor muy eficaz. La habitación estaba muy limpia y los colchones eran muy cómodos. La piscina también estaba muy limpia. Ha sido una estancia muy cómoda para nosotros.

GGuest UserNice facility with maintained green facilities between the houses. The rooms are spacious and practical. Some may tolerate a little color, but is completely ok for a 3-star hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful.
