We are here for our anniversary again ! It’s 5th time and the hotel looks better in cleaning, food quality and activities ! People at reception are very nice and helpful. Marina , the guest experience manager is a true jewelery for the hotel ! Always with a smile and ready to help everyone! Looking to her you feel you will be treated correct in this hotel . A big plus is the position of the hotel which is very close to a beautiful beach and shops avenue . We will return with our families and friends for sure !

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unsafe Pool, No Accountability, Poor Management During our stay at Sol Meliá Fuerteventura, our child was injured by a sharp broken tile in the swimming pool (we have clear photos). At first, staff were friendly and helped contact a doctor for stitches, saying the hotel’s insurance would cover it. Later we received a letter saying we must pay the full amount ourselves. When we finally spoke with the manager, there was no apology at all — we were simply told to pay first and then “try to claim later” from hotel insurance. Meanwhile, the dangerous tile was never repaired. This shows a complete lack of safety, responsibility, and basic customer service. Management clearly has no understanding of guest care or accountability. We will never use Meliá hotels again and strongly warn families to be cautious.

Its our 3rd visit and we have already planned our 4th. There is only good we can say. The staff are perfect the hotel is spotlessly clean. The entertainment staff nazaret alvaro paula Carlos and josemi are just the best. If you are reading this review and are trying to choose a hotel. This is the place xxx

We have been each year since 2023 and every time has got worse. We came this year with our young son who is 10 months old and booked a higher room (junior suite with sea and pool view) so we could see the evening entertainment which was now moved inside. We were not told of this as in previous years (sept) the entertainment has been outside. We were told it’s cos it’s now cold but the temperature was 35 degrees. Food is never not and it’s much of the same every day with a recycled dish of what was served at lunch now served for dinner. Reception messed up check in. Not enough staff and most staff we miserable. Transfer time is nearly 2 hours so think of this before booking as Jandia is far away from the airport! The guest manager Marina is normally very friendly and approachable, I felt this year nobody really seemed to care. The cleanliness we have never had an issue with, always clean and towels changed and toilet paper daily. Water changed daily in our room. Entertainment team are always lovely, but it’s year there didn’t seem to be any get up and go. No usual trying to include everyone. No games for the kids. Pool bar closes at 6pm along with the pool. Getting a sunbed was easy, some of the lifeguards are great, others are more interested in smoking down the side of the building. I hate writing a negative review, as I said it’s a beautiful place and a nice hotel but it being badly managed and the vibe is off this time. Something has changed and we can’t decide what it is.

The hotel is ideally located, in the south of the island of Fuerteventura, close to the fine sand beaches and the resort is lively. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, but the quality of cleaning differs depending on who does it. The food is not to be recommended, there is a lot of it, but it has no taste and is not of good quality. The staff is kind and open to solve any problem. Average price-quality ratio, compared to the services, but does not justify the 4 stars.

We're just back from a wonderful week here. Enormous bed and the kids in a separate sleeping area which has doubles as a living room during the day. Balcony overlooking the pool with a seaview into the distance - bliss! We also had our own private view of the evening entertainment! We got drinks from the bar and took them up to our room and it felt like we were in a VIP box to ourselves enhoying the evening singers. The food is lovely; don't expect an all day breakfast and chips with everything approach! This is not the venue for you if you want a lot of processed beige food and sausages and deep fried rubbish. This hotel offers a huge variety of salads and fresh meat and fish cooked in front of you. Pasta and sauce as well as large tiger prawns and every type of seafood imaginable were available both at lunch and dinner with no repetition at all! The swimming pool is large and there wasa bit of a scramble for pool loungers first thing; but perhaps that's what happens everywhere during peak holiday season? We managed to find 3 loungers with shade for 7 days so not impossible. We loved the fact that this is where the Spanish holiday rather than it being a 'Brits abroad' venue. Everyone is so friendly and there to have fun. Great entertainments team esp the kids club who were so caring and had different activities through the day - 1 in the morning; 1 in the afternoon and 1 at night which were mostly drop offs (instead of parents having to attend as well). What a relaxing week - just what we needed! The kids are already asking when we can return there!

Lovely hotel - the pictures really don’t do it justice. We booked a sea view room A330- bed was really comfy and we slept really well all week, the hotel is quiet at night and you can hear the waves crashing down at the beach. Food was lovely, they made a lot of fresh sea food and lovely fruits- there was always something for everyone. The staff are kind, polite and courteous & speak good English. The entertainment team are awesome 🙌🏽 And the cleaning ladies do great job. Moro Jabel it’s self is a wonderful, picturesque town with a real old town feel and one of the most stunning stretches of beach I’ve ever seen! It’s 5 stars from me all round! Thankyou everyone for a wonderful week ❤️

I stayed 10 days at Sol Fuerteventura Jandía – All Suites and was shocked by the lack of hygiene and professionalism throughout the hotel. 1. In the show kitchen, the bottom of a fridge was visibly dirty with what looked like meat juice or blood – every single day. Right next to it, used spatulas and spaghetti hanging out of pots were left uncovered and in full view of guests. 2. In my room, ants were crawling on the furniture during the entire stay. 3. The buffet items were not labeled correctly, and one day I found out the so-called “turkey salami” was not turkey at all – only after I challenged the chef did he change the sign. 4. I spoke with the General Manager. He apologized, but refused any kind of refund. They later sent me a bottle of sparkling wine and sweets – which was a nice gesture, but doesn’t change the fact that serious hygiene rules were ignored. this is nowhere near 4-star standard. I booked this hotel because I trusted the Meliá brand. Sadly, this experience was a complete disappointment. I do not recommend this hotel – and will never return
