Zaragoza Hotels with Parking

This is our second visit this month. Once on our outbound journey from the UK and now on our return. Dog friendly. Bowls and beds provided for your pooches. Both rooms have been clean Bedding and towels good. Hairdryer in bathroom. Safe in room. Plenary of open shelving and hanging space. Hard floors which were very clean also. The hotel has a cafe/bar and a restaurant. Dogs not allowed in restaurant but seating outside. We found the staff efficient and very friendly. The lady on reception was welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again. Covered parking for your car.

Our first stay in a NH hotel and very disappointing. Yes, our junior suite was spacious, all the staff did the hotel credit, and the location was good. But, the place hasn’t been refurbished for years, everything seems worn out and dated. - from the black mould in the bathroom, the rotten wood on doorways, ceilings marked with water stains, etc. The basement breakfast room is reached through a dingy room, seemingly used to store old settees. You feel the place should be closed down for a thorough rebuild. The hotel no longer has its own carpark. During our whole stay, the restaurant was ‘unavailable’ - a strange room accessed from outside. How it keeps four stars I don’t know. We did use the tapas bar and found it very reasonable. The hotel reception is set to one side as you enter the hotel, and so makes little impact; we were offered no information about the hotel or the area, or any kind of welcome. We have another NH hotel already booked on this trip. Unless it is substantially better, that will be our last stay with this group.

The hotel is located more than 10 minutes drive from the city center. There are several big supermarkets in the vicinity. Good service attitude, good value for money and good quality. Very suitable for self-driving travel

I have given this hotel an average rating because I did not get to stay here in the end and I don't want to affect their ratings badly. I am just writing to alert pet owners that this establishment only qualifies as pet-friendly if you have just one pet. I messaged to say we were travelling with two cats and had my booking accepted. Then they sent a form message saying their pet policy was only one per room. I queried it and they said there were no exceptions even if the pets concerned were two small cats. So someone with a giant Newfoundland or Great Dane can stay. But my one cat and one kitten (combined weight about 8kg) can't. It looks like a nice hotel, but apparently can't see how illogical their pet policy is. Owners of multiple pets, beware.

This is a 3* hotel but is at the top end. The rooms ae smart and clean, the service is excellent. It is no-frills; you need to bring your own drinking water if you don't want to drink tap water. There are two universal soap dispensers in the bathroom, but the soap is not suitable as a shampoo substitute. Food: I only had breakfast, but this was really good with a a large selection of dishes to choose from. The dinner menu and the outdoor/indoor options for dining were being well used. The views from the room are lovely, I was on the 7 floor. Calatayud has seven castles to visit on the hills around the town, is very very hot, so the ac in the room is essential, and very effective. The room had a TV but I didn't use it. There is underground parking, a gym and spa, but the spa was not working whilst I was resident. Every member of staff was perfect, responsive, friendly and professional; well worth a 5* rating. The hotel is within walking distance of the town and the rail station. There are taxis at the rail station or can be called/picked up from the town centre. There are at lots of nice bars outdoor seating and a 1.5km Los Ramblas line on both sides with trees. complete with with chirping finches all night in the trees: the food especially the tapas is to die for. There is an excellent ladies' hair dressers almost opposite the hotel. Catalayud is host to more dental practices than any British town I've ever seen, luckily, I didn't need to use them. There are three outdoor public swimming pool ( unfortunately didn't get time to use them). Overall a great great holiday.

My wife and my hotel sales experience was very good, l@s receptionists all very pleasant, the servants too, food for weekend, I think cheap , 16.50 menu and very good quality, Although there were not many dishes to choose breakfast also very good and varied, near the outlet of Zaragoza and the same capital, and also with pool and free parking, my hotel every time I go to Zaragoza

We were allocated a quiet spacious, stylish, very clean, well maintained room with large balcony as requested. The balcony overlooked the River Erbo, from which we could get a real sense of how local people live, work, and play everyday. It was great! Hotel Services are great: fab air conditioning and amenities. The hotel has a stunning location for sightseeing. Warm welcome , at a great price! The bed and pillows were comfortable, - we very much appreciated the air conditioning, water, and mini bar given the high temperatures. Nidya checked us - she was very professional and friendly - and spoke English very well and made us feel very welcomed with a high level of customer excellence. After travelling from Barcelona in a busy high speed train, we really appreciated the lemon water and local sweets on arrival. Our room was spotless, well laid out and well serviced throughout. Our housekeeper was patient with my rudimentary Spanish. We were impressed that she spoke both English and Italian with us too. It was our first time in Zaragoza, and we were astonished by everything it had to offer including the seafood. came for a birthday trip and for La Vuelta but there was so much to do and see - recommended is a combo ticket for le Seu, the Basilca Pilar & Lift to the tower; the Roman Forum full trail ticket which includes the exhibition & presentation film in English on the forum, the thermal baths, and Roman ampitheatre, and the Goya Museum. The NH Ciudad de Zaragoza hotel sets the tone for the highest standards of hospitality. The Tourist Info office and market are literally 1 min away from the hotel exit, and each encounter with local people and businesses were so friendly. A wonderful great stay in a great hotel, great value for money in a fantastic location that is well served by local transport. If you want to get close to nature, cross over the river snd do the green trail of the River Erbo!

Room is warm, clean and comfortable. All we need for one night and an early start in the morning. There’s noise from the road outside but this doesn’t bother us too much. Only downside is that we were unable to use the garage overnight as our car is too big and heavy for the lift to take it underground. We were able to leave it immediately in front outside the hotel for a few minutes whilst we unloaded a couple of bags but then had to drive to another underground car park three minutes away.

Nice, the shower room is so beautiful, the room looks on a lake, amazing. Good price, they offer tea bags, and coffee. I highly recommend it.
