SSU HSINThe location of the hotel is not on the lively street, it is very quiet, we like it very much. The hotel staff is very kind, very close to the bus and the tram station, there is a large supermarket nearby, it is very convenient to buy daily necessities.

GGuest UserWe had booked 2 rooms and wanted to cancel 1 (by unforeseen circumstances), cancellation was not allowed (so we had 2 rooms)and when we were in the (extra) room, it was found that it was rented again to someone else!
The manager indicated that it did not matter (for us), which room we would have too much, that is true, but was not consulted with us, whether we wanted to change from room, we were faced with the re-leasing of our entirely paid Accommodation!
All the sad experience.
Check-in is via a computer and completely inpersonal, location very inappropriate with OV but handy with Oceanopolis

GGuest UserThe hotel is perfect, laughterful and professional staff. Breakfast is very complete and extensive. The neighborhood and the hotel are quiet with free private parking. (But 1 only small bottle of water ”Cristaline” at the average cost of 0.18€ in large surface for 2 ?) In the end, Bon séjour...
