FFabriceVery happy with the person who manages this hotel and who knows to be at my listening, indeed a problem when recovering the room, the booking code was not valid, so I have asked for assistance, And there surprised me had to pay the room for having the code that allowed me to access the hotel, outside this room was already paying via Trip.com, with evidence supported since Trip.com had taken the amount from Paypal and that the amount was also withdrawn from My bank account, in short, if the person who cares for this hotel had not offered me an alternative, and I would have had to sleep in my car, then I don't know his name but thank him yet. In the centre of the city, with a parking underground grader, very clean, spacious room level, and comfortable bedroom, staff at the top nothing to add.
