I think this is the best hotel in Cognac. The service is friendly and prompt. The car service was also very convenient, so I didn't have to call a taxi.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable and the front desk staff was extremely helpful through the trip. They let us keep one of rooms for a late check out so we could sneak in a little more shopping & lunch before driving home. But perhaps the best thing was the location- can’t be beat! Across the street from Les Halles market and a block from great bd and clothes shopping.

Second time staying in this hotel. People there are still very kind and lovely :) Breakfast is same as before ans it is great !

This was an overnight stopover driving through from Spain to Paris... It was as expected. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the accommodation had been recently improved. A little outside of town, and the locals (at the corner shop) were to be avoided.
