Warm and friendly welcome by reception attendent, room is a budget friendly option with basic but respectable amenities. I had a comfortable sleep in the double bed and the shower pressure and heat was pretty good. Good value price, especially if staying within reach of Heathrow Airport or Thorpe Park.

Really great staff! Especially the young lady who checked me in. She was so welcoming and made my stay a pleasure. Housekeeping is excellent, the entire hotel is constantly clean even when there’s constant high footfall. Very well maintained!! Would recommend to anyone who needs a relaxing place to stay before a flight or is working in the area.
