AAnonymous UserI initially thought the countless reviews mentioning Nathan were AI generated, but meeting him in person proved otherwise! The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with top notch service. Thank you, Nathan!

Place was clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice. The location is great just off the beach front and pier.
Negatives
We were on the 3rd floor which is tiring to keep walking up.
The shower is small which is harder for taller people like me. They served out of date yoghurts I guess they didn't check the dates.

AAnonymous UserThe Rosaire room is comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient. Restaurants, supermarkets, attractions, and the train station are all within walking distance, and parking is easy. The breakfast is excellent. Jo and her colleagues are very warm and attentive. We will definitely come again next time.

GGuest UserOn arrival the receptionist was very helpful, Room was clean , beds comfortable ,we found the room very warm and was unable to open the window room 311, not a very view from this room. Hotel was full so unable to get another room . We had evening meal in the restaurant .food was excellent,and our waiter was very helpful. We had breakfast the following morning, but found that the bacon and black pudding was overdone as was the fried egg. But we should of waited for the Fresh cooked food to come out of the kitchen. Idid mention this to the waitress. Breakfast was the only downside to our stay

GGuest UserThe room is simple yet practical, offering great value for money. It's a bit far from the main scenic beach, but since we were driving, it wasn't an issue. The view from the hotel entrance is excellent, and the service is very attentive. A special shout-out to the breakfast – it was the best I had during my entire UK trip.

GGuest UserThe hotel was easy to find and we were lucky to find parking near the hotel. Checkin was quick and easy.
The room was clean and newly decorated and the bed was very comfortable. There was a fan and a large window that opened onto an out side staircase. The view was of the car park and buildings. The hotel also had a nice bar.
Overall it was a very comfortable stay. I would only complain about the lack of wifi in the room.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the bay window was well lit, the facilities were very basic, the bathroom was newly renovated, not bad, the hook for hanging towels was not enough, and the bath towels and face towels for one person were enough.
