One of the best comfortable and very strategic hotels in Banjarmasin. Many facilities are very good and highly recommended for couples who want to staycation together, especially if with family, it's really great.

The staff are very friendly, the facilities are okay, the breakfast menu is also quite good and there are quite a lot of choices, the outdoor breakfast feel is quite pleasant. Additional request is met, thank you. Will stay here often if there is a promotion again hehe

At first I was a little hesitant because I saw the reviews, but after trying to stay for 1 night, it turned out to exceed expectations, so don't hesitate to stay here, check in and check out is super simple, no hassle, as long as you have an ID card (KTP or something), the rooms are quite clean, the service very friendly and polite, the car/motorbike parking area is spacious, free and safe, there is a fence/security guard, there is a shared ATM, there is no noise so it's really nice to rest, ordering via the application happens to get another discount promo, next time I will definitely stop by and stay here again ....tks.

Please pay attention to the equipment in the room, including towels and other things because the closet may forget to give the towel

For cleanliness, it's good, although there are a few dusty corners such as cupboards and tables. For the location, it's close to Alfamart and Indomaret, and also next to a karaoke entertainment venue. For friendly service. Not much can be expected from a hotel that is 12 years old, old facilities, old hallway and lobby atmosphere. Some things are still comfortable, such as soft linen and a soft mattress, even though the pillow is not very comfortable and sometimes the linen is not clean so it makes the body itchy, cleanliness is not maintained. What makes this hotel not go bankrupt is because it is located in the middle of the city, if only this was a hotel on the outskirts of the city this hotel would definitely be just a memory. However, for events and meetings, it is still very worth it.
