Belitung Hotels with Parking

Everything about this place is great for a family trip, except for one of the staff members who was a bit of a buzzkill. They kept telling us what we couldn't do, and when they took us shelling, we didn't find anything. I wish the activity leaders were a bit more professional and engaging.

Credit to all the staff at the hotel—it was truly a pleasure to stay here. It’s wonderful to see genuine smiles and feel the warmth from every single person in the property. This was our first trip and also our honeymoon, which made the experience even more special. On our first day, we woke up early morning to heavy rain and strong winds, which was quite scary. We called the receptionist, and they kindly reassured us that everything was fine. Later at breakfast, Ms. Rhesa (the supervisor, I believe) approached us, checked on how we were doing, and asked if we needed anything. She also gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit around the city. Mr. Adam was also very kind and shared great suggestions for attractions. I would also like to mention Kristin and her colleagues for the wonderful greeting we received upon our arrival at night—it made us feel very welcomed from the first moment. Special thanks as well to Nora, one of the waiters, for taking great care of us on our last day. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Special credit to the management for selecting such a wonderful team to represent this great brand.

Got a good room, view of the pool and a little bit of Tanjung Pendam, the room was comfortable, the service was good, friendly... it's just that the room wasn't clean, on the sofa there were traces of snacks (pilus) tucked in. Almost thought it was a lizard egg with my wife , when I checked it turned out to be pilus nuts

Sheraton was an excellent choice for the best service and place to be in Belitung. Immaculate beach and hotel. A fair distance from the airport (approx 45 mins). A shout out to Dio or Guest Service Officer which attended to our check in. He was very patient to inform us on the hotel facilities and surrounding. We arrived arrived extremely early and our room wasnt ready, he offered us breakfast at their restaurant whilst waiting for our room. Updated us about through WhatsApp when our rooms were ready. The Hotel Manager Mr Amin was a friendly person and welcomed the guests that arrived early that day with asking about our flights and trip to the hotel. You can see he works hard and attentive to the staff and guests in the hotel. He was at the breakfast restaurant each morning checking on the place and also walks around the hotel compound. Our buggy Trainee Jessina was a lovely girl. She drove us to the honey farm with care. Gave us bottles of water after the tour as it was a hot day. Ever smiling! In the restaurant, we were attended by Kheren that greeted us each morning with a smile and warmth as she ushers us to our table. Our server Reka was another lovely waitress that look after us during our stay and morning breakfast. Hardworking and observant! In the evening, we we served by Valentino who was a little shy but always smiling, he offered us krupuk (so delicious with sambal terasi and colo colo) as starter to our dinner. Our garden rooms was larger than normal, very clean with a bath tub outdoor and enough hangers and place to dry our wet swimming clothes. Eventhough we didnt need our bedsheets to be changed daily, they make up and tucked back the sheets like newly changed. We are already missing their smile and hospitality which were top notch!

It 's one of the best hotels in my age, just 11 simple, spacious nice houses drowning in flowers and greens, located in a quiet place, a little far from other hotels, all next, beach, pool, cafe (always been the Internet), houses spacious, Condei in general all convenience and at a normal price. Food in the restaurant certainly not for meat eaters, mainly seafood (very deliciously cooked), the assortment is not very large, but hungry definitely won't stay. The most important attitude, the staff of the hotel - very friendly people, respond to any requests, in our company one girl had a birthday, so they were prepared for congratulations, prepared a cake, and congratulated with us) If we fly again to Belitung, only there!!!

A comfortable place to rest🤩, service is also good and friendly ❤️.. but yesterday I got a room that didn't have towels and the sink water didn't work. Thank you 🙏

good location for travelers who take the Bahari Express, 15 minutes walk to get there, friendly staff, sufficient facilities for that price, the only problem is that there are not enough electrical sockets in the room, especially with the bed.. there is 1 but it's broken.. in my room.
