Everything about this place is great for a family trip, except for one of the staff members who was a bit of a buzzkill. They kept telling us what we couldn't do, and when they took us shelling, we didn't find anything. I wish the activity leaders were a bit more professional and engaging.

NewLocation is OK, close to the Kelayang jetty where you can go island-hopping. But there's no other shops or restaurants near the resort. The resort's Jimbaran restaurant has really good food. Riding the ATV was fun and price was reasonable. Not all the staff can speak English.

It's just that the bathroom door can't be closed tightly. So it's not convenient. Please fix it because it really disturbs the comfort when in the toilet..
