Benda Hotels with Parking

Before my stay, I specifically requested a quiet, non-smoking room. However, upon entering the room, I was met with a very strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. After I reported the issue the first time, the staff mentioned they would handle it, seemingly using some kind of deodorizing spray, but the smell in the room did not noticeably improve. After reporting it a second time, a very kind front desk staff member personally came to check the room and also confirmed that the smell was indeed very strong, after which they assisted me in moving to a genuine non-smoking room. I'm very grateful to the front desk staff member who helped resolve the issue in the end; their attitude was very kind. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the airport, which is extremely convenient for travelers with early morning or late-night flights. I just hope that in the future, the hotel can pay more attention to guests' requests and communications made before check-in, especially for important accommodation conditions like a non-smoking room.

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

Unfortunately I didn’t rest well here as it’s quite noisy. Noise from other guests next doors and you can hear people walk or open/close doors. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this is not the best choice. However, I appreciate the warm and easy services from all workers and free ride to/from the airport.

Excellent stay and great value for money I had a very pleasant and satisfying stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Although the hotel is an older property, the condition of the room was well taken care of. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location is also very strategic, directly opposite a shopping mall and surrounded by many shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for guests. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of choices. However, it would be even better if the hotel could change or rotate the menu daily, as most of the dishes were quite similar each day. Overall, this hotel is definitely value for money. I was very satisfied with my 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again if I visit Cikarang in the future.

We booked this hotel simply because we had an overnight layover and needed somewhere close to the airport. At this price, we honestly didn’t expect much — and yes, it has air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi and basic toiletries. That’s about it. The biggest problem was that our room was on B1. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the room had a strong, unpleasant underground smell. The room was also extremely tiny. Even with just hand-carry luggage, we struggled to find space and eventually had to put it in the bathroom. If you have large suitcases, good luck. There is also nothing around the hotel — no convenience store, no restaurants worth mentioning. The entire area is basically just airport hotels. So, if your only requirement is “I need somewhere cheap to close my eyes for one night before my next flight,” then sure, this place will do. But if you expect anything beyond the absolute basics, stay somewhere else. Being close to the airport is pretty much the only thing this hotel has going for it. They do offer airport transfers, which is a nice service, but the operating hours are 6:00 AM–9:30 PM, so unfortunately it didn’t work for our flight schedule. In short: cheap, close to the airport, and that’s about it. You get what you pay for.

This place is really near to the airport. They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable. Grabfood driver can find this place to send your food.

A very good hotel, close to the airport. In a city like Jakarta, where traffic jams are common, choosing a hotel near the airport is a wise decision. The only drawback is that even if you arrive early, you have to wait until 2 PM for check-in. What was heartwarming was that we didn't know breakfast was available, and the staff specially came to inform us in the morning. Although the breakfast was simple, the hotel's service deserves high praise!

I enjoyed the size and quietness of the room. Regarding the free shuttle service, it would be helpful to specify that there are fixed schedules, and depending on your arrival time, you might have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes! For the same price, I would rather recommend the Orchardz Hotel next door. They have shuttles upon arrival and breakfast included.

The location is all right,  Customer service really really good, But the everything else is really bad. The shower, the door, the floor, the table everything just falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone..

Had a short overnight stay here at IBIS Budget during my layover from Bali to Kuala Lumpur but due to flight delay, we missed out complimentary airport shuttle to the hotel by about 5 minutes. That was a bummer but no choice, I believe they have to stick to their schedule. Check in was simple but room was a tad small and I totally do not like how the layout of the WC and shower stall but I guess this is due to room size. What I like however, is that breakfast is served early, we took the 4:45am shuttle to the airport and was down at the lobby by 4:30 and breakfast is already served.
