BBiyanThe rooms are fine, clean, and offer great views of the pool, Mount Salak, and city lights from rooms 901-915. For a direct view of the middle of the pool, room 904 is ideal, but for a wider panoramic view when the hotel is full, rooms 905-912 are better.
The kids' play area currently only has a slide and a swing; it would be great if more options could be added.
For the buffet, children aged 7-10 pay 90k, while those over 10 are charged 180k, the same as adults. It's a bit disappointing that for that price, the menu variety is still quite limited.
The parking lot is spacious. This place is still new, and the service is good, friendly, and efficient.

MMichaelI recommend this hotel if you travel with family, cause they hotel have some activities for kids like fishing, ride a boat, feeding duck, feeding Rabit, Monkey, snake, Game room for play Mini Basket, Pingpong, archer, etc.

RRubirubiOverall was ok, breakfast they will sent to the room, I got fried rice everyday, got water outside the room you can refill anytime, in the room you will got towel and toothbrush only, the rest remember to bring your self, room is ok as deluxe standard. The first day we stay got one student group camp there, 95% usage by them very super Noisy can't sleep at all, they have activities till Midnight, the whole two day was miserable, they owner should not open if they have big group staying OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. But if No group booking must be peaceful. You can consider to stay, makesure to ask no big group booking.
There's 24hour cafe opposite only, the other cafe also nice. Surrounded by pine trees.
The pool is used by 100 pax student and they was using it 2days and after they finish the pool super dirty and oily and the staff didn't clean it.

RrwngThis is a good resort type hotel at the foot of famous Taman Safari Indonesia (Safari Garden).
We enjoyed the fresh air of below 20°C and the foggy environment (literally the cloud was so low or the altitude is high enough (1500m).
My kids rode horse.
The breakfast was so good (international, oriental and middle eastern).

HHindarto TheThis hotel has spacious room with balcony, the pool is big, has a gym, breakfast was ok, also has green open space in the back of the hotel. Process check in and check out was easy, the warm water for shower need to improve since in our room 503 the water pressure was not to strong, thank you for the birthday cake really appreciate it. Overall it's a nice hotel for family

AAdi88booked on 1st jan 25 , with my 2 kids. we took the room with bathtub on level 1. bathtub is big enough for 2 prsons. pool is a bit sad for a hotel this big. breakfst is good enough.
bed is comfortable. tv is big. drinking water is provided free flow on every floor. mosquitoes enters the room from the garden, so we had to lock the terrace door all the time.

Parking is circling, even though there are still many empty ones, but covered with cones.
The receptionist is rude, and after breakfast, the room can no longer be accessed, even though it is still far from check out time, so you have to go downstairs again to ask for access, and there is no explanation or apology from the receptionist.
For the restaurant, the service is good, and the food is delicious.
